錄像—反饋在高校體育教育專業(yè)排球普修課技術教學中的實驗研究

【摘要】:教學方法是教學過程的重要組成部分,也是教師和學生為共同完成教學任務,實現(xiàn)教學目標,教學過程中教與學相互活動的總稱。隨著人們對教學方法研究的深入,教學方法與現(xiàn)代工具的結(jié)合越來越多,教學方法也得到了較多形式的創(chuàng)新和改革。諸多形式的體育教學方法和手段也不斷地涌現(xiàn)出來,更替和發(fā)展了傳統(tǒng)教學方式,使教學方法更加適應現(xiàn)代教育發(fā)展的改革要求。錄像—反饋教學就是將現(xiàn)代化教育媒體技術工具融入到體育教學活動中,憑借媒體工具的功能和教學內(nèi)容的特點,促進教學任務和教學目標完成。錄像反饋教學在體育技能教學中已有較多應用,,其在技能教學中發(fā)揮出獨特的實用性。錄像反饋教學是依靠錄像媒體設備的錄像和回放功能,將其作為教學反饋信息聯(lián)系教師的教和學生的學。教師技能教學中,教師可將標準錄像教學剪輯視頻作為動作示范講解的補充,細化和清晰學生對新學動作的認識。學生技能練習時,可利用錄像將學生的技術動作完成情況記錄下來,作為教學學習反饋信息對其動作進行分析、評價,針對問題提出技術動作糾正的具體針方法。學生根據(jù)自己存在問題再次進行練習,再次錄像記錄,再次對其動作進行分析、評價,再次對錯誤點在練習錄像反饋信息中進行糾正。 本文將錄像反饋教學手段應用到高校體育教育專業(yè)排球普修課技術教學中,以山東師范大學2014級體育教育專業(yè)排球普修課四個自然班的學生為研究實驗對象。研究過程中應用了文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和教學實驗法多種科研方法。經(jīng)實際教學實驗研究,將錄像反饋教學與傳統(tǒng)教學在排球普修課技術教學中應用的結(jié)果進行了相關技能數(shù)據(jù)測試成績統(tǒng)計對比,結(jié)合調(diào)查、分析,得出如下結(jié)果: 1.錄像反饋教學手段在排球技能教學中技術動作初始學習階段的應用,教學剪輯視頻對技術動作圖片定格或慢放式的示范講解,學生易于形成正確清晰的動作表象,能夠更加形象直觀的理解教師講解的動作概念、動作要領、難點和易犯錯誤等技術動作問題。 2.錄像反饋教學手段在排球技能教學中學生技術動作練習提高階段的應用,使學生能夠利用視頻錄像反饋的信息,及時、具體的發(fā)現(xiàn)個人學習情況的不足和錯誤。傳統(tǒng)教學中教師單純依靠語言描述或示范規(guī)范正確技術動作對學生出現(xiàn)的動作錯誤問題進行講解,易導致學生對自身具體動作問題認識模糊不清,致使技術動作錯誤問題長期存在和反復糾正現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。錄像反饋教學手段利用攝像機的錄放功能將學生練習時的實時表現(xiàn)反饋到具體個人,并將技術動作問題視頻或圖像式的清晰展現(xiàn)于學生眼前,利于學生對錯誤問題的理解和糾正,加快了正確技術動作的形成和提高。 3.錄像反饋教學手段在排球技能教學中的應用,新穎的教學工具和教學組織形式激發(fā)了學生學習排球技能的興趣。錄像視頻反饋的個人具體學習反饋信息能培養(yǎng)學習者形成自我學習狀況認識,自我學習目標設置,自我目學習目標達成監(jiān)控、自我學習方法調(diào)整的意識,學生自主學習的能力得到提升。 4.整體技能教學學習過程中,錄像反饋來的教學學習信息作為有效的教學反饋信息,共享于教師與學生之間,增加了教師與學生對教學學習內(nèi)容的關注和交流,促進了教學形式的互動性,學生主體性得到充分發(fā)揮,實現(xiàn)了教學雙邊關系的融洽,提高了整體教學滿意度。
[Abstract]:Teaching method is an important part of the teaching process. It is also a general term for teachers and students to accomplish teaching tasks together, realize teaching goals, and the mutual activities of teaching and learning in the course of teaching. With the deepening of the study of teaching methods, the more the combination of teaching methods and modern tools, the teaching methods have also been created in many forms. New and reform. Many forms of sports teaching methods and means have been constantly emerging, the traditional teaching methods have been replaced and developed to adapt to the reform requirements of modern education development. The video feedback teaching is to integrate modern educational media technology tools into sports teaching activities, with the function of media tools. The characteristics of the teaching content promote the teaching task and the goal of teaching. The video feedback teaching has been more applied in the teaching of sports skills. It plays a unique and practical role in the skill teaching. The video feedback teaching is based on the video and playback functions of the video media equipment, and it is used as the teaching feedback information to the teacher's teaching and learning. In the teaching of teacher skills, the teacher can add the standard video teaching clip video as a supplement to the demonstration and explanation of the action, refine and clear the students' understanding of the action of the new learning. Price, put forward the specific method of correcting the technical action in view of the problem. The students practice again according to their own problems, recordings again, analyze their movements again, evaluate them again, and correct the error points again in the feedback information of the practice video.
This paper applies the method of video feedback to the technical teaching of the general volleyball course of physical education major in Colleges and universities, taking the students of the four natural classes of the 2014 class of physical education in Shandong Normal University as the research subjects. The literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and teaching experiments are used in the study process. Research methods. Through practical teaching experiments, the results of the application of video feedback teaching and traditional teaching in the technical teaching of volleyball course are compared, and the results are as follows:
1. the application of the video feedback teaching method in the initial stage of the technical action in the volleyball skill teaching, the teaching clip video on the picture setting or the slow release of the technical action, the students are apt to form the correct and clear action imagery, and can be more visualized and intuitively comprehend the concept of the action of the teacher's explanation, the essentials of the action, the difficulty and the easy offense. Problems such as error and other technical movements.
2. the application of the teaching method of video feedback in the stage of high school students' technical action practice in volleyball skill teaching, so that students can make use of the information of video recordings, timely and concretely discover the shortcomings and mistakes of the individual learning situation. In traditional teaching, the teachers simply rely on the language description or demonstration and standard correct technical movements to students. The problem of action error is explained, which leads to the confusion of students' understanding of their own specific action problems, which leads to the long existence of errors in technical movements and the occurrence of repeated correction. The video feedback teaching means using video recording function of the camera to feed back the real time performance of the students to the specific individual and ask the technical movements to ask the specific individual. The problem of video or image is clearly displayed in front of the students. It helps students understand and correct the wrong questions and speed up the formation and improvement of correct technical movements.
3. the application of video feedback teaching methods in volleyball skill teaching, new teaching tools and teaching organization forms stimulate students' interest in learning volleyball skills. The personal specific learning feedback information feedback of video and video feedback can cultivate the learners to form self learning condition, self study goal setting, and self target learning goals. Monitoring, self adjustment of learning methods and students' autonomous learning ability were improved.
4. in the course of teaching and learning of overall skills, the teaching and learning information feedback from video is used as an effective teaching feedback information, which is shared between teachers and students, increasing the attention and communication between teachers and students on the content of teaching and learning, promoting the interaction of teaching forms, giving full play to the students' subjectivity and realizing the bilateral relationship of teaching.
