北京市獨(dú)立學(xué)院體育保健課開設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及課程建設(shè)的研究

【摘要】:課程建設(shè)是教育系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ),是實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校教育活動(dòng)的基本途徑。隨著高校擴(kuò)招對(duì)入校學(xué)生身體條件的放寬,高校出現(xiàn)了一批體質(zhì)弱勢(shì)群體,體質(zhì)弱勢(shì)群體的不斷增加為學(xué)校體育教學(xué)帶來(lái)了困難,也為體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的改革和更新提供了寬廣的視野,面對(duì)體質(zhì)弱勢(shì)學(xué)生,如何有效開展并不斷提高體育保健課的質(zhì)量與效果,具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,通過(guò)對(duì)北京市獨(dú)立學(xué)院體育保健課開設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究分析,從教學(xué)基本情況出發(fā),對(duì)體育保健課程建設(shè)構(gòu)想,力圖將本文研究成果運(yùn)用到北京市獨(dú)立學(xué)院體育保健課程的建設(shè)實(shí)施中,同時(shí)對(duì)于促進(jìn)北京市或全國(guó)體育保健課程建設(shè)發(fā)展具有重要的理論參考價(jià)值。主要研究結(jié)論如下:1.北京市獨(dú)立學(xué)院體育保健課教師年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷、職稱分布較為合理,教齡相對(duì)較短,任課前后培訓(xùn)情況不夠理想;體育保健課以自選教材為主,目前沒(méi)有沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一、指導(dǎo)性的教材;參加體育保健課學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生與普通學(xué)生共用體育場(chǎng)地及器材設(shè)施,無(wú)適宜的針對(duì)性保健器材。2.北京市獨(dú)立學(xué)院并未針對(duì)體育保健課程設(shè)置全面、具體的課程目標(biāo);課程內(nèi)容與學(xué)生實(shí)際需求一致性不高,實(shí)踐課內(nèi)容設(shè)置的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目較少,自主選擇空間較小;學(xué)生對(duì)理論課內(nèi)容需求主要集中于體育保健知識(shí)和體育運(yùn)動(dòng)常識(shí)。3.北京市獨(dú)立學(xué)院各校體育保健課實(shí)踐與理論學(xué)時(shí)安排側(cè)重點(diǎn)不一;期末成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定主要依靠總結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià),具有一定隨意性與差異性;課程實(shí)施主要采用集體教學(xué)組織形式。4.未開設(shè)體育保健課的學(xué)校未來(lái)開展意向明確,主要影響因素是師資力量薄弱,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)體育保健課不夠重視,場(chǎng)地、器材設(shè)施不足,缺乏系統(tǒng)性和指導(dǎo)性的教學(xué)文件等。
[Abstract]:Curriculum construction is the foundation of educational system construction and the basic way to realize school education activities. With the relaxation of the physical condition of college students, there are a group of vulnerable groups of physique in colleges and universities, and the increasing number of vulnerable groups of physique has brought difficulties to the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities. It also provides a broad field of vision for the reform and renewal of physical education content. How to effectively carry out and continuously improve the quality and effect of physical education and health care courses has very important practical significance in the face of the students with weak physique. By using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the present situation of physical education and health care course in Beijing Independent College is studied and analyzed, and the conception of the construction of sports health course is put forward from the basic teaching situation. This paper tries to apply the research results to the construction and implementation of sports health courses in Beijing Independent College, and has important theoretical reference value for promoting the construction and development of sports health courses in Beijing or the whole country. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The age structure, educational background, professional title distribution of PE health course teachers in Beijing Independent College are relatively reasonable, the teaching period is relatively short, and the training situation before and after the class is not ideal. Instructive teaching materials; students who take part in the study of sports health courses share sports venues and facilities with ordinary students, and there is no suitable targeted health care equipment. 2. Beijing Independent College did not set comprehensive and specific curriculum objectives for physical education and health care curriculum; the content of the curriculum was not consistent with the actual needs of students, and the content of practical courses had fewer sports items and less space for independent selection. The students' demand for the content of the theory course is mainly focused on the knowledge of physical education and health care and the knowledge of sports. 3. The practice and theoretical study time of PE health course in Beijing Independent College are different; the final grade evaluation mainly depends on the summative evaluation and has certain randomness and difference; the curriculum implementation mainly adopts the collective teaching organization form. 4. The main influencing factors are the weakness of teachers, the insufficient attention paid by leaders, the lack of facilities and facilities, and the lack of systematic and instructive teaching documents.
