【摘要】：介紹第64屆運(yùn)動美國醫(yī)學(xué)會(ACSM)年會暨第8屆運(yùn)動是良醫(yī)世界大會和運(yùn)動與大腦基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)世界大會的概況和體育社會學(xué)主要研究熱點(diǎn),以大會主題報(bào)告和熱點(diǎn)研討會為思路,重點(diǎn)闡述第64屆ACSM年會在體育社會學(xué)方面的主要議題與未來趨勢。本屆ACSM年會充分展示了體育社會學(xué)研究選題與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的特色,注重區(qū)分地域及人群的特點(diǎn)和多學(xué)科交叉的研究方法與思路,其中"體育與性別""體育與健康""體力活動的宣傳推廣"是本屆ACSM年會中的熱點(diǎn)問題。孕期婦女體育活動的主題演講指出了肥胖對女性及下一代健康的威脅及相關(guān)研究的重要性;關(guān)于人體行為的大會重點(diǎn)報(bào)告則為研究體育與健康及相關(guān)行為提供了新思路——即統(tǒng)合考慮一天內(nèi)睡眠、靜坐及不同程度體力活動行為的時(shí)間安排,通過有效的測量監(jiān)控手段建立合理模型,以便制定相應(yīng)的運(yùn)動處方和公共政策;越來越多的研究表明,靜坐少動行為已成為21世紀(jì)公共衛(wèi)生的重大問題,針對該問題,ACSM與CDC、NIH等多個(gè)美國政府組織聯(lián)合出臺了多項(xiàng)指導(dǎo)方針,反映了大會對提升體力活動及健康促進(jìn)的重視,也為中國體力活動和大眾健康促進(jìn)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces that the 64th annual meeting of the American Medical Association (ACSM) and the 8th Annual Conference of the American Medical Association (ACSM) are the general situation of the World Congress of good Medicine and the World Congress on Sport and basic brain Science and the main research focus of sports sociology. The main topics and future trends of the 64 th ACSM Conference in sports sociology are expounded. This ACSM annual meeting fully demonstrates the characteristics of sports sociology research topics with the times, pays attention to distinguishing the characteristics of regions and people and multidisciplinary research methods and ideas. Among them, Sports and gender, Sports and Health, Promotion of physical activity are the hot issues in this ACSM Annual meeting. The keynote speech on physical activity for pregnant women pointed out the threat of obesity to the health of women and the next generation and the importance of related research; The conference focused report on human behavior provides a new way of thinking about sports and health and related behaviors-that is, integrating the timing of sleep, sit-ins, and varying degrees of physical activity within a day. Rational models are established through effective means of measuring and monitoring in order to formulate corresponding exercise prescriptions and public policies. More and more studies show that sedentary behavior has become a major problem in public health in the 21st century. In order to solve this problem, ACSM and CDCNIH have jointly issued several guidelines, which reflect the importance of promoting physical activity and health promotion in the General Assembly, and also provide reference for physical activity and public health promotion in China.
