【摘要】:高校運(yùn)動(dòng)員畢業(yè)后的生存與發(fā)展,直接關(guān)系到其今后幾十年內(nèi)的切身利益,與此同時(shí),高校運(yùn)動(dòng)員畢業(yè)后的發(fā)展問(wèn)題也直接關(guān)系到了現(xiàn)役高校運(yùn)動(dòng)員的思想狀態(tài)問(wèn)題以及隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問(wèn)題。高校高水平籃球的發(fā)展在于運(yùn)動(dòng)員個(gè)人的成長(zhǎng),運(yùn)動(dòng)員擁有良好的競(jìng)技能力與穩(wěn)定的訓(xùn)練參賽情緒使高校高水平籃球隊(duì)建設(shè)的根本。學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾的激化以及高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)形勢(shì)的堪憂(yōu)已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了高校高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的建設(shè),尤其是作為處于上升期和發(fā)展期的高;@球運(yùn)動(dòng)和CUBA聯(lián)賽來(lái)說(shuō),這無(wú)疑會(huì)對(duì)其產(chǎn)生較大的阻礙作用,讓運(yùn)動(dòng)員擁有更好的出路,才能保證其更投入的從事到訓(xùn)練和參賽當(dāng)中。因此,了解目前CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,找出CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員在就業(yè)過(guò)程中所遇到的各種問(wèn)題以及能夠把握的各種機(jī)遇,從而加強(qiáng)CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員今后就業(yè)的針對(duì)性,并研究出改善目前CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的各項(xiàng)建議和措施,對(duì)于CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的綜合發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō)無(wú)疑具有不可忽視的重要作用。因此,本研究通過(guò)調(diào)查浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,找出浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀中所存在的問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用學(xué)校體育學(xué)、教育學(xué)、管理學(xué)、體育教學(xué)論等理論知識(shí)探索如何有效的提高浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的建議與措施,并求教于專(zhuān)家同仁,旨在為進(jìn)一步改善浙江省乃至全國(guó)CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,為浙江省高校高水平籃球事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展以及我國(guó)整個(gè)CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)體系的不斷完善做出一點(diǎn)微薄貢獻(xiàn)。本研究以文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪(fǎng)談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法為研究方法,對(duì)浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行了分析,研究結(jié)論如下:(1)浙江省退役CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員大致年齡維持在22-27周歲,受訓(xùn)時(shí)間為4-6年的人數(shù)最多,且多來(lái)源于浙江省內(nèi)、東北地區(qū)以及西北地區(qū)的普通高中。(2)浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)目標(biāo)定位較高,且以個(gè)人利益為主,缺乏整體的大局觀(guān)念,就業(yè)理想比較單一,對(duì)于一些國(guó)家需要的基層和偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)工作崗位比較抵觸。在就業(yè)率方面則比較理想,但是大多數(shù)崗位與所學(xué)的籃球甚至體育專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)性較差。(3)浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員在就業(yè)途徑的選擇上呈現(xiàn)出一種多元化的態(tài)勢(shì),但是也比較傾向于家人安排、朋友介紹以及教練推薦這三個(gè)形式,公開(kāi)招聘途徑較少,反映出其總體就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較差。(4)浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員與籃球?qū)I(yè)相關(guān)的就業(yè)率卻比較低,大多數(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在畢業(yè)后都在從事與籃球關(guān)系并不緊密的工作,專(zhuān)業(yè)對(duì)口程度差。就業(yè)地點(diǎn)集中在浙江省及其他東南沿海地區(qū),主要集中在私企以及自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的盈利機(jī)構(gòu)之中。(5)浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員收入水平較為理想,但是由于大多在私企工作或進(jìn)行自主創(chuàng)業(yè),收入穩(wěn)定性較低。因此其對(duì)于目前工作和就業(yè)的滿(mǎn)意度情況也并不理想,其就業(yè)期望總體上還未完全實(shí)現(xiàn)。(6)影響浙江省男運(yùn)動(dòng)員畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的主觀(guān)因素主要是運(yùn)動(dòng)員的綜合能力、就業(yè)期望等;影響其客觀(guān)因素主要是就業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求、就業(yè)信息渠道、家庭影響等。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出以下建議:(1)加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的思想教育,梳理正確的就業(yè)觀(guān)念。(2)要加快對(duì)浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。(3)加強(qiáng)高校對(duì)于浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)的指導(dǎo)工作。(4)注重培養(yǎng)CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員的綜合能力。(5)鼓勵(lì)浙江省CUBA運(yùn)動(dòng)員積極進(jìn)行自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The survival and development of college athletes after graduation, directly related to the vital interests of the next few decades of development at the same time, after graduating from college athletes is directly related to the state of mind and team construction of college athletes. Active development of college high level basketball athletes in individual growth, the athletes have the mood good competitive ability and stability of training so that the basic construction of university high level basketball team. Is the intensification of the contradiction between learning and training of high level athletes and the employment situation has seriously affected the construction of high level sports teams in Colleges and universities, especially as in the rising stage and development stage of the College Basketball League and CUBA, which will undoubtedly have a large resistance to it, let the athletes have a better way to ensure its more devoted to training and competition when engaged in. Therefore, to understand the current employment situation of CUBA players, CUBA players can find out problems encountered in the process of employment and opportunities to grasp, so as to strengthen the CUBA for future athletes employment, and work out the suggestions and measures to improve the employment situation of CUBA players, for the comprehensive development for CUBA athletes is of important can not be ignored. Therefore, this study through the investigation of the employment status of Zhejiang province CUBA athletes, to find out the existing employment situation in Zhejiang province CUBA athletes problems in the use of school physical education, education and management on the basis of this, the sports teaching theory knowledge exploration suggestions and measures of how to improve the employment situation Zhejiang Province, CUBA players, and ask for advice from experts Tongren, to further improve the CUBA athletes in Zhejiang province and the country's industry status quo, for The vigorous development of the Zhejiang province university high level basketball career in our country and the entire CUBA athletes training and constantly improve the system to make a modest contribution. In this study, the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method, the employment situation of Zhejiang province CUBA athletes were analyzed. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) Zhejiang province CUBA retired athletes generally maintained at 22-27 years of age, the number of training time is 4-6 years, and from Zhejiang Province, northeast and northwest high school. (2) the employment orientation is higher in Zhejiang province CUBA athletes, and personal interests, the lack of the overall concept of the overall situation, the ideal employment is relatively simple, for some countries need more conflict with local and remote areas to work. And on this basis, put forward the following suggestions: (1) to strengthen the ideological education of athletes, combing the correct concept of employment. (2) to accelerate the teaching of CUBA in Zhejiang province athletes structure adjustment. (3) to strengthen the guidance for Zhejiang province CUBA athletes employment work. (4) pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of athletes. CUBA (5) to encourage Zhejiang province CUBA players actively carry out independent entrepreneurship.
