自由泳臨界速度測定方法比較研究

【摘要】:比較3種測定自由泳臨界速度(critical velocity,CV)的方法,旨在尋求一種簡便易行的測定自由泳臨界速度的方法。選擇12名男性自由泳運(yùn)動員為研究對象,運(yùn)動等級為二級,年齡為(18.39±1.24)歲,身高為(1.86±0.07)m,體質(zhì)量為(79.47±7.06)kg。結(jié)果表明:3種方法測得的CV具有顯著差異(P0.01)。方法 1得到的CV最大,為(1.43±0.03)m/s;方法 2得到的CV最小,為(1.28±0.00)m/s;方法3測得的數(shù)據(jù)為(1.38±0.01)m/s。若將方法 3測得的數(shù)據(jù)作為CV的"真實(shí)值",則方法 1高估了運(yùn)動員的CV(3.62%),而方法 2則較嚴(yán)重地低估了運(yùn)動員的CV(7.24%);因此,可以確定方法 1是在實(shí)際訓(xùn)練中較為可行的CV測定方法,但仍需進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Three methods for determining critical velocity of freestyle are compared in order to find a simple and convenient method for determining critical velocity of freestyle.Twelve male freestyle athletes were selected as the subjects. The sports grade was second grade, the age was 18.39 鹵1.24) years old, the height was 1.86 鹵0.07m, the body weight was 79.47 鹵7.06kg.The results showed that the CV measured by the three methods had significant difference (P 0.01).Method 1 got the largest CV (1.43 鹵0.03) m / s, method 2 got the smallest CV (1.28 鹵0.00m / s), and the data obtained in method 3 was 1.38 鹵0.01 m / s.If the data measured in method 3 are taken as the "true value" of the CV, method 1 overestimates the athlete's CVN 3.622, while method 2 seriously underestimates the athlete's CVN 7.24; therefore,It can be confirmed that method 1 is a feasible method for CV determination in practical training, but it needs further study.
