【摘要】：本研究旨在通過(guò)訪(fǎng)談法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,從集群行為視角探討足球球迷暴力行為的心理機(jī)制,檢驗(yàn)集群行為整合理論在足球球迷暴力行為研究中的適用性,并對(duì)足球球迷暴力行為的外界觸發(fā)因素進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)足球球迷暴力行為研究,論證了目前較受關(guān)注的集群行為兩種模型的合理性。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)基于公共評(píng)價(jià)、與自我聯(lián)接、相互依賴(lài)、行為卷入和認(rèn)知卷入5維度的足球球迷集體身份認(rèn)同問(wèn)卷適合中國(guó)足球球迷群體集體身份認(rèn)同的調(diào)查研究。(2)以354名足球球迷為研究參與者的調(diào)查研究結(jié)果首先支持了van Zomeron與Thomas的雙通路觀點(diǎn),球迷暴力行為存在著認(rèn)知和情緒兩條通道。球迷參與暴力行為的心理過(guò)程應(yīng)該既包括集體效能的認(rèn)知過(guò)程,也包括集體憤怒的情緒過(guò)程。其次,結(jié)果顯示無(wú)論是集群行為雙重路徑動(dòng)力理論模型(DDPMAC)還是集群行為社會(huì)認(rèn)同封存模型(EMSICA)都能夠解釋球迷暴力的心理過(guò)程,特別是球迷溫和型暴力行為的心理機(jī)制。但是,基于足球球迷群體集體身份認(rèn)同的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,群內(nèi)成員存在著明顯的“群內(nèi)偏好,群外排斥”的特點(diǎn),DDPMAC模型更適合球迷集群行為研究。(3)以212名足球球迷為研究參與者的調(diào)查研究結(jié)果表明,憤怒情緒和集體效能對(duì)高集體身份認(rèn)同球迷暴力行為的預(yù)測(cè)效果并不存在顯著性的差異,這與DDPMAC模型并不一致的結(jié)果可能源于集體效能水平與集群行為類(lèi)別之間存在更為復(fù)雜的關(guān)系。憤怒情緒和集體效能雙通路對(duì)高集體身份認(rèn)同球迷的溫和型暴力行為具有相似的預(yù)測(cè)效果,對(duì)激烈型暴力行為的預(yù)測(cè)效果也許會(huì)存在差異,即憤怒情緒對(duì)激烈型暴力行為具有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè),而集體效能對(duì)激烈型暴力行為具有顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)。(4)以100名足球球迷為研究參與者,對(duì)裁判因素、客隊(duì)球員因素、客隊(duì)球迷因素以及綜合因素4個(gè)情境下球迷不公正感、憤怒情緒、集體效能、集體身份認(rèn)同和球迷暴力行為的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了回歸分析。結(jié)果表明4個(gè)情境下球迷不公正感、憤怒情緒、集體效能和集體身份認(rèn)同能夠?qū)η蛎员┝π袨楫a(chǎn)生顯著的預(yù)測(cè)效果,特別是溫和型暴力行為。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the psychological mechanism of football fans' violent behavior from the perspective of cluster behavior and to test the applicability of the theory of cluster behavior integration in the study of football fans' violent behavior through the methods of interview and questionnaire.And analyzes the external trigger factors of football fans' violent behavior.Based on the study of football fans' violent behavior, the rationality of the two models of cluster behavior is demonstrated.The main conclusions are as follows: 1) based on public evaluation, self-connection, interdependence,The investigation of 5 dimensions of behavioral involvement and cognitive involvement in football fans' collective identity questionnaire for Chinese football fans' collective identity: a survey of 354 football fans as participantsHolding the dual pathway view of van Zomeron and Thomas,There are two channels of cognition and emotion in the violent behavior of fans.The psychological process of fans' participation in violence should include both the cognitive process of collective efficacy and the emotional process of collective anger.Secondly, the results show that both the cluster behavior dual path dynamic model (DDPMACC) and the cluster behavior social identity sealing model (EMSICA) can explain the psychological process of fan violence, especially the psychological mechanism of fan mild violence.However, based on the relative stability of the collective identity of football fans, the members of the group have obvious "intra-group preferences".The characteristic of "out-of-group exclusion" is that DDPMAC model is more suitable for the study of crowd behavior of fans.There was no significant difference in the predictive effects of anger and collective efficacy on the violent behavior of high collective identity fans.The result which is inconsistent with the DDPMAC model may be due to the more complex relationship between the level of collective effectiveness and the cluster behavior category.The two pathways of anger and collective efficacy had similar predictive effects on moderate violent behavior of high group identity fans, and the prediction effects on violent behavior might differ.That is, anger has a significant positive prediction for violent behavior, while collective efficacy has a significant negative prediction for violent behavior.The relationship between the factors of fans' injustice, anger, collective efficacy, collective identity and the violent behavior of fans was analyzed by regression analysis.The results showed that the feelings of injustice, anger, collective efficacy and collective identity could significantly predict the violent behavior of fans, especially moderate violence.
