【摘要】：網(wǎng)球作為一項(xiàng)新興的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,因其自身所具有的新穎與挑戰(zhàn)性而深受廣大高校學(xué)生的青睞,目前網(wǎng)球在我國(guó)高校主要以社團(tuán)的形式在發(fā)展,高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)作為推動(dòng)中國(guó)網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,對(duì)我國(guó)網(wǎng)球的發(fā)展起到了重要作用,本文綜合運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、文獻(xiàn)綜述法、個(gè)案研究法等研究方法,以優(yōu)化高校體育社團(tuán)的改革為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對(duì)湖南15所高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,探討高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)在發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,分析影響氋校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)發(fā)展的因素,并針對(duì)性地提出對(duì)策,旨在為高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)的改革發(fā)展提供理論借鑒。研究結(jié)果表明:湖南高校雖然大多數(shù)都成立了網(wǎng)球社團(tuán),且社團(tuán)的規(guī)模也較大,但是由于受學(xué)校場(chǎng)地和社團(tuán)本身開(kāi)展網(wǎng)球?qū)嵺`經(jīng)驗(yàn)的影響,導(dǎo)致湖南高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)的發(fā)展水平呈層次不齊的局面,具體表現(xiàn)在經(jīng)費(fèi)的來(lái)源、場(chǎng)地和指導(dǎo)教師的配備以及社團(tuán)的宣傳力度上存在差異;湖南高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源渠道總體比較單一,、主要是以會(huì)員的會(huì)費(fèi)為主的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源,另外湖南高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)的經(jīng)費(fèi)主要用在網(wǎng)球活動(dòng)的組織和訓(xùn)練球的購(gòu)買(mǎi)上;湖南高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)開(kāi)展的日�；顒�(dòng)內(nèi)容較豐富,但在開(kāi)展網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目的選擇上受學(xué)校網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)地上和社團(tuán)自身開(kāi)展網(wǎng)球?qū)嵺`經(jīng)驗(yàn)的影響較大,另外社團(tuán)開(kāi)展網(wǎng)球的頻率缺乏保障,活動(dòng)的組織難度較大;湖南高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)的會(huì)員對(duì)網(wǎng)球知識(shí)具有一定的了解,但由于受學(xué)校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)的規(guī)模和自身參與網(wǎng)球?qū)嵺`經(jīng)驗(yàn)的限制,會(huì)員對(duì)網(wǎng)球的認(rèn)識(shí)還處于較淺階段,尤其對(duì)網(wǎng)球相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)和運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的了解知之甚少。針對(duì)湖南省高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,本文提出以下建議:高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)要有明確的目標(biāo)定位;高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)要善于整合校內(nèi)外資源,豐富社團(tuán)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容;成立高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)聯(lián)盟或聯(lián)合會(huì),加強(qiáng)社團(tuán)之間的管理;高校網(wǎng)球社團(tuán)要加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè),完善社團(tuán)內(nèi)部組織機(jī)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Tennis, as a new sport, is favored by college students because of its novelty and challenge. At present, tennis is developing in the form of association in colleges and universities in our country.As the backbone of promoting the development of tennis in China, tennis associations in colleges and universities have played an important role in the development of tennis in China. This paper makes comprehensive use of questionnaire survey, expert interview, literature review, case study and other research methods.In order to optimize the reform of sports associations in colleges and universities, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the development of tennis associations in 15 colleges and universities in Hunan Province, probes into the problems existing in the development of tennis associations in colleges and universities, and analyzes the factors affecting the development of tennis associations in colleges and universities.And puts forward the countermeasure pertinently, in order to provide the theory reference for the university tennis association reform and development.The results show that: although most colleges and universities in Hunan have set up tennis clubs, and the scale of the clubs is large, but due to the influence of the practical experience of tennis development in the school grounds and the community itself,It leads to the uneven level of development of tennis clubs in colleges and universities in Hunan Province, which is reflected in the differences in the sources of funds, the allocation of venues and guidance teachers, and the publicity efforts of the associations.The source of funds of tennis association in Hunan university is relatively single, mainly based on the membership fee. In addition, the fund of tennis association in Hunan university is mainly used in the organization of tennis activities and the purchase of training ball.The content of daily activities carried out by tennis associations in colleges and universities in Hunan Province is rich, but the selection of tennis projects is greatly influenced by the practical experience of tennis in the school tennis courts and the associations themselves, and the frequency of tennis development in the associations is not guaranteed.The organization of the activities is difficult; the members of the tennis association in Hunan university have a certain understanding of tennis knowledge, but due to the size of the school tennis associations and their participation in tennis practice experience,Members' understanding of tennis is still in its early stages, especially in tennis related industries and sports skills.In view of the problems existing in the development of university tennis association in Hunan province, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: the university tennis association should have a clear target orientation, the university tennis association should be good at integrating the resources inside and outside the university, and enrich the content of the association activities;In order to strengthen the management of tennis associations in colleges and universities, it is necessary to strengthen their own construction and improve their internal organization.
