表面肌電貢獻(xiàn)率測(cè)試3種姿勢(shì)仰臥起坐的年齡、性別通用性

【摘要】:利用表面肌電貢獻(xiàn)率比較了體質(zhì)測(cè)試中3種不同姿勢(shì)仰臥起坐(雙臂胸前交叉、雙手放大腿上、雙臂體側(cè))在不同年齡和性別因素上的通用性,為科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確篩選出最優(yōu)姿勢(shì)的仰臥起坐提供理論依據(jù)。以6~14歲學(xué)生270人為測(cè)試對(duì)象,測(cè)試每個(gè)學(xué)生全身14塊肌肉在完成上述力量素質(zhì)測(cè)試時(shí)的肌電值,并標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化為表面肌電貢獻(xiàn)率;對(duì)3種不同姿勢(shì)的仰臥起坐所有肌肉的肌電貢獻(xiàn)率,分別進(jìn)行年齡和性別的雙因素方差分析和指標(biāo)間差異的比較。結(jié)果可見(jiàn),雙臂胸前交叉仰臥起坐年齡、性別及其交互作用顯著的肌肉分別為1、7、2塊,年齡效應(yīng)差異顯著的年齡組成對(duì)數(shù)量為男女生共計(jì)45對(duì),性別效應(yīng)差異顯著的肌肉數(shù)量為9塊,年齡組為5個(gè);雙手放大腿上仰臥起坐年齡、性別及其交互作用顯著的肌肉分別為5、6、5塊,年齡效應(yīng)差異顯著的年齡組成對(duì)數(shù)量為男女生共計(jì)101對(duì),性別效應(yīng)差異顯著的肌肉數(shù)量為11塊,年齡組為13個(gè);雙臂體側(cè)仰臥起坐年齡、性別及其交互作用顯著的肌肉分別為2、10、3塊,年齡效應(yīng)差異顯著的年齡組成對(duì)數(shù)量為男女生共計(jì)82對(duì),性別效應(yīng)差異顯著的肌肉數(shù)量為13塊,年齡組為11個(gè)。結(jié)果說(shuō)明6~14歲學(xué)生完成3種不同姿勢(shì)仰臥起坐年齡及性別通用性當(dāng)屬雙臂胸前交叉的仰臥起坐最高。
[Abstract]:Based on the surface electromyography contribution rate, this paper compares the generality of three different posture sit-ups (crossed arms, hands on thighs and sides of arms) in different age and gender factors in physique test.Accurate screening of the optimal posture of sit-ups provides theoretical basis.270 students aged from 6 to 14 years old were selected to test the EMG values of 14 muscles in each body and standardized as the surface electromyography contribution rate (EMG).The EMG contribution rates of all muscles in three different postures were analyzed with age and gender, and the differences among the indexes were compared.The results showed that the age, sex and interaction of the two arms in the front of chest crossover sit-up were 1 and 72, respectively. The number of age pairs with significant difference in age effect was 45 pairs of male and female students.The number of muscles with significant gender difference was 9, 5 in the age group, 5 in the age of sitting up on the thigh with both hands, and 5 in the muscles with significant gender and interaction.The age pairs with significant difference in age effect were 101 pairs of male and female students, 11 muscles with significant gender effect and 13 age groups.The number of muscles with significant sex and its interaction was 21010, the number of age pairs with significant age effect difference was 82 pairs of male and female students, the number of muscles with significant gender effect was 13, and that of age group was 11.The results showed that the age and sex generality of 6 ~ 14 year old students with different postures were the highest when the arms crossed in front of chest.
