【摘要】：高校體育工作的主要目標是增強學生體質,增進健康,提高體育素養(yǎng)和終身體育鍛煉能力,培養(yǎng)終身體育思想和體育鍛煉習慣。體育競賽是體育教學的補充和延伸,是高校體育工作的組成部分和不可缺少的重要環(huán)節(jié)。1997年,河南省高�！靶ｉL杯”乒乓球比賽再次設立大學生組別,對河南省大學生乒乓球比賽具有里程碑式的意義。2006年12月,《全國億萬學生陽光體育運動》文件的頒布,體現(xiàn)了教育部、國家體育總局、共青團中央為全面貫徹落實素質教育,切實提高學生的體質健康水平的決心。2007年,河南省為響應《全國億萬學生陽光體育運動》中的文件精神,根據(jù)本省情況制定出：開展小學段以“曙光”、中學段以“晨光”、大學段以“華光”的體育活動。2008年,河南省大學生乒乓球比賽脫離河南省“校長杯”乒乓球比賽,成為一項獨立的賽事,2008年至2014年間,除2009年以外,河南省大學生乒乓球比賽每年舉行一次。在實際比賽中發(fā)現(xiàn),參加河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的高校數(shù)量還不及河南省高�？倲�(shù)的一半；教練員和運動員參加比賽都要依靠所在學校的行政撥款,參加比賽都要受制于經(jīng)費問題；比賽中各組別運動員資格界定存在異議,容易使具有招收乒乓球特長生政策的學校在比賽中“一家獨大”；此外,河南省大學生乒乓球比賽還停留在政府辦賽的運作模式,沒有像"CUBA中國大學生籃球聯(lián)賽”和“飛利浦大學生足球聯(lián)賽”那樣社會化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化相結合的辦賽模式。為了使河南省大學生乒乓球比賽辦的越來越好,河南省各高校能積極的參加大學生乒乓球比賽,本文采用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,對河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的歷史發(fā)展進行了較深入細致的調查,運用R型因子分析對影響河南省高校參加省大學生乒乓球比賽的因素進行調查與分析,得出以下結論：1競技水平較低的高校對參加比賽的熱情不高；訓練及比賽配套經(jīng)費來源渠道單一；院校領導對參加比賽的支持程度直接影響高校是否參加比賽。2現(xiàn)行的不同組別運動員資格界定辦法還有待完善；競賽組織者在賽前、賽中的資格審查和監(jiān)督力度不足。3河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的競賽日期選擇較為合理；競賽組織者把“名次獎”與“體育道德風尚獎”相結合,激發(fā)參賽熱情；各學校領隊和教練員獲取比賽信息途徑單一、被動； “校長杯”獎項的設立,鼓勵了高校參加此項賽事。4取得名次成為了高校是否參加比賽的權衡因素；參加比賽或在比賽中獲取名次,對高校參加河南省大學生乒乓球比賽有著積極影響。5高校較高技戰(zhàn)術水平運動員人數(shù)、技戰(zhàn)術水平高低與參賽次數(shù)、參賽積極性成正比；運動員的學訓矛盾影響參加比賽的信心；運動員的參賽愿望與河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的辦賽目的相一致。6教練員對組隊參加比賽有著很高的積極性,參賽目的與辦賽宗旨相一致；教練員在對乒乓球隊相關事宜上缺乏決策力。7高校對取得較好名次運動員的獎勵,有利于強化運動員參加比賽的內部動機,但獎勵方式單一；同時也為教練員晉升職稱有很大幫助,促進教練員組隊參加比賽的積極性。8河南省高校大學生乒乓球比賽舉辦的連續(xù)性和知名度構成了對河南省各高校的影響力和吸引力的重要因素；河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的辦賽經(jīng)費來源于單一的政策性撥款；河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的宣傳手段單一,宣傳力度和強度不足。進而提出建議：1.提高學校相關領導對參加河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的重視；放寬籌集乒乓球運動隊訓練及比賽的資金來源渠道；賽事組織者應對沒有乒乓球特長生招生政策的高校給與一定的參賽鼓勵政策。2.完善現(xiàn)行的不同組別運動員資格的界定辦法,避免“一家獨大”的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生；賽事組織者對具有招收運動訓練專業(yè)和體育教育專業(yè)的高校提出參加比賽的強制要求；加強運動員的資格審查力度,確保比賽的公平和公正,促進比賽的良性發(fā)展。3.網(wǎng)絡發(fā)布比賽信息和下發(fā)紙質比賽通知相結合,使各高校能快速準確的獲取比賽信息；繼續(xù)采用“校長杯”獎項評選辦法,發(fā)揚“校長杯”獎項設立的精神。4.各高校應努力開展乒乓球的教學和訓練；學校和教練員應指導學生處理好學訓矛盾,培養(yǎng)學生正確的比賽觀念,提高參加比賽的積極性。5.增強教練員對乒乓球運動隊相關事宜的決策力；各高校應對本校獲取較好名次的運動員采取多樣化的獎勵方式；在對教練員的獎勵過程中,也要時刻提醒教練員不能急功近利,為獲取獎勵而在比賽中弄虛作假。6.完善河南省大學生乒乓球比賽的各個方面,拓寬辦賽經(jīng)費來源,尋求品牌或企業(yè)贊助；采用多種形式的宣傳方法,提高河南省大學生乒乓球賽事的知名度,推動乒乓球運動在河南省各高校的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The main goal of physical education in colleges and universities is to strengthen the students ' physical constitution , promote the health , improve the physical accomplishment and the lifelong physical exercise ability , cultivate the lifelong physical education thought and the physical exercise habits . In the year of 2007 , Henan Province , in response to the file spirit in the sports teaching of the students in Henan Province , set up an independent event . In the year of 2008 , Henan Province college students ' table tennis competition was held once a year . In 2008 , Henan Province college students ' table tennis competition was held once a year . In the actual competition , it was found that the number of colleges and universities participating in the ping - pong competition of college students in Henan Province was less than half of the total number of colleges and universities in Henan Province .
The coaches and athletes will depend on the administrative appropriation of the school in which they participate in the competition , and participate in the competition to be subject to financial problems ;
There is no objection to the qualification of each group in the competition , and it is easy to make the school with special long - life policy for accepting the table tennis in the game be " one big one " in the competition ;
In addition , the table tennis competition of college students in Henan Province is still in the operation mode of the government office , which is not the combination of socialization and industrialization like the CUBA Chinese College Students ' Basketball League and the Philips College Students ' Football League . In order to make the table tennis match more and better in Henan Province , the author makes a thorough investigation on the history development of the college students ' table tennis competition in Henan Province .
The sources of funding for training and competition are single ;
the degree of support of university leaders to participate in the competition directly affects the participation of colleges and universities in the competition . The existing methods of qualification of different groups of athletes are still to be improved ;
the contest organizer has insufficient qualification and supervision before the game . The competition date of the table tennis competition among college students in Henan Province is reasonable ;
