翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂引入普通高校公共體育教學(xué)的研究

【摘要】:本研究以翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂引入普通高校公共體育教學(xué)為研究對象,以探討翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂引入普通高校公共體育教學(xué)的理論、方法和效果為主要研究目的,基于文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法等研究方法,以教學(xué)模式及其構(gòu)成要素為基本依據(jù),首先探討了翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂基本理論,繼而分析了翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂引入普通高校公共體育教學(xué)的理論與方法,并通過教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)論證引入后的效果,最后提出了翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂引入普通高校公共體育教學(xué)的價值、存在的問題和建議。研究得出以下主要結(jié)果和結(jié)論:1.實(shí)施翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的必要條件包括:完備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)設(shè)施、專門的師生培訓(xùn)、專項(xiàng)資金和技術(shù)保障、學(xué)校教學(xué)管理部門的支持、學(xué)生高度的學(xué)習(xí)自主性以及任課教師對學(xué)生的充分了解等。2.在普通高校公共體育教學(xué)中實(shí)施翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂,有助于學(xué)生更好的掌握體育技術(shù)動作,對學(xué)生的體育鍛煉態(tài)度能夠產(chǎn)生更為積極的影響,但對學(xué)生體質(zhì)水平的影響效果和傳統(tǒng)體育教學(xué)模式?jīng)]有明顯區(qū)別,這與普通高校公共體育課程安排間隔時間過長、學(xué)生鍛煉意識和生活習(xí)慣較差以及公共體育課程沒有受到學(xué)生高度重視等有關(guān)。3.將翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂引入普通高校公共體育教學(xué)的價值主要表現(xiàn)在:推動了高校體育教學(xué)信息化的發(fā)展,解決了普通高校公共體育教學(xué)統(tǒng)一化與個性化之間的矛盾,有助于高校公共體育課堂實(shí)現(xiàn)工具性與人文性的統(tǒng)一、真正貫徹“健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想等,提高了體育課堂實(shí)效。4.在普通高校公共體育教學(xué)中實(shí)施翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂主要存在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)自主性較差、體育教師的能力和素養(yǎng)有待進(jìn)一步提高、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境有待進(jìn)一步完善、缺乏翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂實(shí)施于體育教學(xué)的理論研究和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)等問題,這些問題成為了在高校公共體育教學(xué)中實(shí)施翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的障礙。5.將翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂引入普通高校公共體育教學(xué),需要注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力、提高體育教師的能力和素養(yǎng)并做好團(tuán)隊建設(shè)、完善普通高校信息化教學(xué)環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂在高校公共體育教學(xué)中的理論與實(shí)踐研究、注重體育教學(xué)的安全防范、正確認(rèn)識翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的價值以免異化翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂等。6.翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂也存在其自身的不足,是否實(shí)施翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂要依據(jù)體育課程教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容以及學(xué)生的基本情況等來確定,翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂如何和傳統(tǒng)體育課堂相結(jié)合也是今后應(yīng)該繼續(xù)探討的問題。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the theory, method and effect of introducing flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, based on the method of literature.Based on the teaching model and its constituent elements, this paper discusses the basic theory of flipping classroom, and then analyzes the theory and method of introducing flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.Finally, the paper puts forward the value, problems and suggestions of introducing flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.The main findings and conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.The necessary conditions for the implementation of the flipping classroom include: complete network teaching facilities, special training for teachers and students, special funds and technical support, support from the school teaching management department,Students have a high degree of learning autonomy and full understanding of students. 2.The implementation of flipping classroom in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities is helpful for students to master sports technical movements better and have a more positive effect on students' attitude towards physical exercise.However, there is no obvious difference between the influence effect on students' physique level and the traditional physical education teaching mode, which is too long with the public physical education curriculum arrangement in colleges and universities.Students' poor consciousness of exercise and habits of life and public physical education curriculum is not highly valued by students and so on. 3.The value of introducing the flipped classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities is mainly manifested in the following aspects: it has promoted the development of the informationization of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, and solved the contradiction between the unification and individuation of the public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.It is helpful to realize the unity of instrumentality and humanism in the public physical education classroom of colleges and universities, to carry out the guiding ideology of "health first", and to improve the actual effect of physical education classroom.In the public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the main problems are that the students' learning autonomy is poor, the ability and accomplishment of physical education teachers need to be further improved, and the network learning environment needs to be further improved.Lacking of theoretical research and practical experience in physical education, these problems have become an obstacle to the implementation of flipping classroom in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.In order to introduce flipping classroom into public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, improve the ability and accomplishment of physical education teachers, do well in team building, and perfect the information teaching environment in colleges and universities.To strengthen the theoretical and practical research of flipping classroom in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, pay attention to the safety prevention of physical education teaching, and correctly understand the value of flipping classroom so as to avoid alienating the flipping class.The flipping classroom also has its own shortcomings. Whether or not to implement the flipping classroom should be determined according to the teaching goal, the teaching content and the basic situation of the students, etc.How to combine the flip classroom with the traditional PE classroom is also a problem that should be discussed in the future.
