激勵(lì)理論視角下移動(dòng)健身應(yīng)用的設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)飛速發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)智能手機(jī)用戶已突破6億,移動(dòng)應(yīng)用也隨之呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)。伴隨著全民健身運(yùn)動(dòng)的展開(kāi),移動(dòng)健身應(yīng)用也在群眾中擴(kuò)展開(kāi)來(lái),在為運(yùn)動(dòng)人群提供便利的運(yùn)動(dòng)記錄和指導(dǎo)的同時(shí),也存在一些問(wèn)題,比如運(yùn)動(dòng)記錄不準(zhǔn)確,對(duì)用戶的鼓勵(lì)效果欠佳,科學(xué)指導(dǎo)有待完善等,在調(diào)動(dòng)用戶運(yùn)動(dòng)愿望,鼓勵(lì)用戶情緒,保持運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣方面,還有較大提升空間。本研究以移動(dòng)健身應(yīng)用的快速發(fā)展為背景,將激勵(lì)理論應(yīng)用于移動(dòng)健身領(lǐng)域,以更好的調(diào)動(dòng)用戶的運(yùn)動(dòng)積極性,培養(yǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)健身的生活習(xí)慣。采用理論研究的方法,研究激勵(lì)的內(nèi)涵,激勵(lì)理論相關(guān)內(nèi)容,分析激勵(lì)理論與運(yùn)動(dòng)健身的結(jié)合點(diǎn)。引入激勵(lì)模型,將激勵(lì)因素與運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)機(jī)相結(jié)合,以發(fā)現(xiàn)理論應(yīng)用的使用方式。采用應(yīng)用研究的方法,了解激勵(lì)理論在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用,分析激勵(lì)理論在移動(dòng)健身App中的應(yīng)用。采用用戶研究的方法,使用自然觀察、用戶訪談和調(diào)研問(wèn)卷三種研究方法,探求運(yùn)動(dòng)健身人群的運(yùn)動(dòng)行為習(xí)慣和移動(dòng)健身應(yīng)用使用情況。在總結(jié)理論研究、應(yīng)用研究和用戶研究的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者進(jìn)行了激勵(lì)要素提取、設(shè)計(jì)策略分析和激勵(lì)模型構(gòu)建。在激勵(lì)模型的指導(dǎo)下,完成一款移動(dòng)健身應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)。全文以激勵(lì)理論為基礎(chǔ),以應(yīng)用研究為契機(jī),以用戶研究為指導(dǎo),以激勵(lì)策略和激勵(lì)模型為核心,各個(gè)部分緊密相連,其中以激勵(lì)策略和激勵(lì)模型最為重要,在之后的移動(dòng)健身應(yīng)用中,此部分內(nèi)容可以為應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)提供參考和借鑒。筆者希望本研究成果可以為激勵(lì)理論的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域提供新的思路,為移動(dòng)健身應(yīng)用的發(fā)展起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and mobile Internet, the number of smart phone users in China has exceeded 600 million.With the development of the national fitness campaign, the application of mobile fitness has also expanded among the masses. While providing convenient sports records and guidance for the sports crowd, there are also some problems, such as inaccurate sports records.The encouraging effect to the user is not good, the scientific guidance needs to be perfected, and there is still much room for improvement in mobilizing the user's sports desire, encouraging the user's emotion, and maintaining the exercise habit.Based on the rapid development of mobile fitness application, this study applies the motivation theory to the field of mobile fitness, in order to better arouse the enthusiasm of users and cultivate the living habits of sports fitness.Using the method of theoretical research, this paper studies the connotation of motivation and the related contents of incentive theory, and analyzes the combination of motivation theory and sports fitness.An incentive model is introduced to combine motivation factors with motor motivation to discover the application of the theory.The application of motivation theory in sports teaching and training was studied by the method of applied research, and the application of motivation theory in App of mobile fitness was analyzed.By using the methods of user research, natural observation, user interview and questionnaire, the author explores the sports behavior habits and the application of mobile fitness among the people who exercise and fitness.On the basis of summarizing the theoretical research, applied research and user research, the author carries on the motivation element extraction, the design strategy analysis and the incentive model construction.Under the guidance of incentive model, a mobile fitness application design is completed.This paper is based on the incentive theory, takes the applied research as the turning point, takes the user research as the guidance, takes the incentive strategy and the incentive model as the core, each part is closely linked, among which the incentive strategy and the incentive model are the most important.In the following mobile fitness application, this part can provide reference for application development and design.The author hopes that the research results can provide new ideas for the application of motivation theory and promote the development of mobile fitness application.
