【摘要】：自我談話作為心理學的一種訓練方法,在體育領(lǐng)域得到廣泛運用,通過查閱相關(guān)資料,現(xiàn)在把自我談話按學習方式分為:指導(dǎo)性自我談話和動機性自我談話。本研究是將網(wǎng)球教學與自我談話相結(jié)合,分別研究指導(dǎo)性自我談話和動機性自我談話對網(wǎng)球正反手擊球表現(xiàn)的影響,針對以上問題進行實驗設(shè)計研究,通過實驗前后數(shù)據(jù)分析進行討論。本研究先是對自我談話法在體育中的運用以及網(wǎng)球正反手技術(shù)的教學的現(xiàn)狀進行了描述和探討,然后以燕山大學2015級體育網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ棸嗟?0名學生的為研究對象進行了教學實驗。他們被隨機分為三組:指導(dǎo)性自我談話組、動機性自我談話組和對照組。通過綜合采用了文獻資料法、比較分析法、邏輯法、實驗法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等科研方法,通過試驗后對照組和實驗組的與實驗前的數(shù)據(jù)對比,得出實驗結(jié)果進行分析得出以下結(jié)論:1實驗組和對照組的教學在對網(wǎng)球擊球的精準性和擊球深度有明顯的差別,但在擊球的穩(wěn)定性沒有明顯的差距。2指導(dǎo)性自我談話和動機性自我談話對網(wǎng)球正反手擊球技術(shù)的提高有明顯的效果。3在網(wǎng)球的教學中加入自我談話能提高學生的參與興趣,提高學生的學習興趣以及學習效果。4指導(dǎo)性自我談話在對網(wǎng)球正反手擊球表現(xiàn)的影響優(yōu)于動機性自我談話
[Abstract]:As a training method of psychology, self-talk is widely used in the field of physical education. By referring to relevant materials, self-talk is now divided into instructive self-talk and motivational self-talk.This study is a combination of tennis teaching and self-talk to study the effects of instructive self-talk and motivational self-talk on the performance of tennis forehand and backhand.The data analysis before and after the experiment is discussed.This study first describes and discusses the application of self-talk method in physical education and the present situation of teaching tennis forehand and backhand techniques, and then takes 30 students of the 2015 special class of Yanshan University for teaching experiment.They were randomly divided into three groups: the guided self-talk group, the motivational self-talk group and the control group.Through the comprehensive use of literature, comparative analysis, logic, experimental and mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods, the control group and experimental group were compared with the data before the experiment.The results of the experiment are analyzed and the following conclusions are drawn: the teaching of the experiment group and the control group has obvious differences in the accuracy and depth of the tennis batting.However, there is no obvious difference in the stability of the batting ..2 the effect of instructive self-talk and motivational self-talk on the improvement of tennis forehand and backhand batting techniques. 3 adding self-talk in tennis teaching can enhance the students' interest in participation.Improving students' interest in learning and learning effects.4 the influence of directed self-talk on tennis forehand and backhand performance is better than that of motivational self-talk.
