瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)高校中年女性教師的身心效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和比較分析法深入研究瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)高校中年女性教師身心健康的影響,將融合了修身、養(yǎng)性為一體的瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)作為本實(shí)驗(yàn)的練習(xí)內(nèi)容,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組高校中年女性教師進(jìn)行為期16周的瑜伽鍛煉,將其運(yùn)動(dòng)前后的身體形態(tài)、身體機(jī)能、身體素質(zhì)、心理健康四個(gè)方面的多項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)與對(duì)照組在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,探討瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)高校中年女教師在生理與心理方面的效應(yīng),目的在于加強(qiáng)高校中年女性教師的自我健身意識(shí),提高身心健康延緩機(jī)體衰老,為瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)“健身”、“養(yǎng)心”的功能提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù),促進(jìn)瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,研究結(jié)果表明:1.經(jīng)瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)后,高校中年女性教師的身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)得到顯著改善。腰圍、腰臀比和身高體重指數(shù)顯著下降(P0.01);體重降低明顯(P0.05),胸圍提高顯著(P0.05);2.經(jīng)瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)后,高校中年女性教師身體素質(zhì)明顯增強(qiáng),身體核心力量、平衡能力和柔韌性顯著提高(P0.01);3.經(jīng)瑜伽運(yùn)后,高校中年女性教師身體機(jī)能得到明顯提高,安靜心率、舒張壓、收縮壓指數(shù)明顯下降(P0.01),肺活量明顯增加(P0.01),臺(tái)階指數(shù)增加(P0.05);4.經(jīng)瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)后,高校中年女性教師的心理健康狀況明顯改善,問卷測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,高校中年女性的身體主觀感覺、認(rèn)知障礙行為、人際關(guān)系得分明顯下降(P0.01);不良情緒得分也明顯降低(P0.05);瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)有利于塑造女教師的身體形態(tài),提高女教師的身體機(jī)能水平,增強(qiáng)女教師的身體素質(zhì),因此適合于女教師的健身和美體方式;瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)有利于改善女教師的心理健康,緩解女教師抑郁,焦慮等不良情緒和壓力,有利于提高女教師改善并促進(jìn)女教師生理健康狀況。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis were used to study the effect of yoga on the physical and mental health of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities. Yoga, which is an integral part of the experiment, is used as the exercise content of this experiment. The middle-aged female teachers in the experimental group are trained for 16 weeks, and the body shape, body function, physical quality before and after the exercise are put into practice. In order to explore the physiological and psychological effects of yoga exercise on middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities, several data from four aspects of mental health were compared with the corresponding data of the control group before and after the experiment. The purpose is to strengthen the self-fitness consciousness of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities, to improve physical and mental health and delay the aging of the body, to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the function of "fitness" and "keeping the mind" in yoga, and to promote the sustainable development of yoga. The results showed that: 1. After yoga exercise, the body shape indexes of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities were significantly improved. The waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio and height and body mass index decreased significantly (P0.01A), and the weight loss was significantly decreased (P0.05), and the chest circumference increased significantly (P0.05). The physical quality of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities was obviously enhanced, and the body core strength, balance ability and flexibility were significantly improved. After yoga, the physical functions of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities were obviously improved, the quiet heart rate, the diastolic pressure, the body function of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities were obviously improved. Systolic blood pressure index (SBP) decreased significantly (P 0.01), vital capacity increased significantly (P 0.01), step index increased (P 0.05). After yoga exercise, the mental health status of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities was improved significantly. The results of questionnaire tests showed that middle-aged women in colleges and universities had subjective physical feelings. The scores of cognitive disorders and interpersonal relationships decreased significantly (P 0.01), and the scores of bad emotions also decreased significantly (P 0.05). Yoga exercise was beneficial to shape female teachers' body shape, improve their physical function, and enhance their physical quality. Yoga is beneficial to improve female teachers' mental health, relieve female teachers' depression, anxiety and other bad emotions and pressures, improve female teachers' physical health and promote female teachers' physical health.
