【摘要】：近些年來,我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)伴隨不斷發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟和國家政策的鼓勵逐漸活躍起來,體育中介市場是體育產(chǎn)業(yè)市場的重要紐帶,而體育經(jīng)紀人作為這中間最重要的主體之一,其發(fā)展脈絡可以從側面反映出整個市場和體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況;不僅如此,體育經(jīng)紀活動的活躍和發(fā)展對于體育產(chǎn)業(yè)市場的活躍和發(fā)展具有積極的促進作用,同時還可以帶動體育消費。本文以中國體育經(jīng)紀人的職能為研究對象,采用文獻資料法、案例分析法、專家訪談法和比較分析法對我國體育經(jīng)紀人發(fā)展過程及不同階段的職能進行整理歸納,分析其影響因素并提出對策建議。本文的研究首先將中國體育經(jīng)紀人的發(fā)展歷程歸納為兩個階段:探索階段(1983年-1993年)和發(fā)展階段(1994年至今),分別對階段內(nèi)的背景和代表案例進行分析;然后結合不同階段內(nèi)的發(fā)展情況和代表案例等對兩個階段的體育經(jīng)紀人職能進行概括總結,梳理其演變的歷程;而后從推動和制約兩個角度對影響中國體育經(jīng)紀人職能發(fā)展的因素進行分析和總結;最后針對制約中國體育經(jīng)紀人發(fā)展的因素提出建議和對策。通過本文的研究,我們了解到從整體上看,我國體育經(jīng)紀人職能是在不斷發(fā)展完善的,在這個過程中經(jīng)紀人目的不斷明確、類別逐漸清晰、內(nèi)容逐漸完善,但同時也仍存在體育經(jīng)紀質(zhì)量不高等問題。推動中國體育經(jīng)紀人發(fā)展的因素主要包括經(jīng)濟、政治、政策、體育產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和經(jīng)紀行業(yè)的自身因素等;而制約其發(fā)展的因素主要包括我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體規(guī)模和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、體育管理體制、行業(yè)內(nèi)部的自律機制以及相關從業(yè)者的職業(yè)素質(zhì)和業(yè)務能力等。我國體育經(jīng)紀人行業(yè)今后的發(fā)展需要國家政策、體育產(chǎn)業(yè)、體育經(jīng)紀行業(yè)的共同發(fā)展來改善。國家發(fā)布相應的政策法規(guī)鼓勵推動體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和體育產(chǎn)業(yè)結構完善的同時,體育經(jīng)紀行業(yè)內(nèi)部成立行業(yè)自律管理機構,完善體育經(jīng)紀法律法規(guī),高校和社會協(xié)調(diào)合作,多渠道多層次的進行體育經(jīng)紀人的人才培養(yǎng)。通過這些方式為今后我國的體育經(jīng)紀行業(yè)創(chuàng)造一個良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境,建立健全行業(yè)管理制度和行業(yè)法規(guī),多途徑培養(yǎng)符合行業(yè)標準和市場需要的復合型人才從事體育經(jīng)紀工作,促進體育經(jīng)紀人職能的完善,推動整個體育經(jīng)紀行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the sports industry in our country has become more and more active with the development of economy and the encouragement of national policies. The sports intermediary market is an important link of the sports industry market, and the sports broker is one of the most important subjects. Its development context can reflect the development of the whole market and the sports industry from the side; not only that, the active and development of sports brokerage activities has a positive role in promoting the active and development of the sports industry market. At the same time, it can also promote sports consumption. This paper takes the function of Chinese sports broker as the research object, uses the literature method, the case analysis method, This paper summarizes the development process and functions of sports brokers in China by means of expert interviews and comparative analysis. First, the development of Chinese sports agents is divided into two stages: the exploration stage (1983-1993) and the development stage (1994-present), respectively. Scene and representative case analysis; Then combined with the different stages of the development situation and representative cases of sports agents in the two stages of the general summary of the functions of sports agents to sort out the evolution of the course; Then it analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect the development of Chinese sports brokers from two angles of promoting and restricting. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures against the factors restricting the development of Chinese sports brokers. As a whole, we understand that the functions of sports agents in our country are constantly developing and improving. In this process, the purpose of the brokers is becoming clear, the categories are becoming clear, and the contents are gradually improving. But at the same time, there are still some problems such as low quality of sports brokers. The factors that promote the development of sports brokers in China include economy, politics, policy, environment of sports industry and the factors of their own. The factors restricting its development include the overall scale and industrial structure of the sports industry in China, the sports management system, The self-discipline mechanism within the industry and the professional quality and professional ability of the relevant practitioners. The future development of the sports broker industry in China needs the national policy, the sports industry, The state issues corresponding policies and regulations to encourage the development of the sports industry, while the environment of the sports industry and the structure of the sports industry are being improved, the sports brokerage industry has set up a self-discipline management body within the sports brokerage industry. We should perfect the laws and regulations of sports brokerage, coordinate and cooperate with the society, and train the talents of sports broker through many channels and levels. Through these ways, we can create a good environment for the development of sports brokerage industry in our country in the future. It is necessary to establish and perfect the trade management system and trade laws and regulations, train the compound talents who meet the industry standards and market needs to engage in sports brokerage work, promote the improvement of sports broker's function, and promote the vigorous development of the whole sports brokerage industry.
