【摘要】：隨著人們對(duì)冬泳特殊功效的不斷認(rèn)識(shí),越來(lái)越多的人參與冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng),全國(guó)冬泳人數(shù)及冬泳組織不斷增加。自1965年成都市猛追灣游泳場(chǎng)試辦冬泳活動(dòng)開(kāi)始,開(kāi)展冬泳以“安全第一”為根本理念,以政府扶持及“差額補(bǔ)貼”為經(jīng)營(yíng)方式,以規(guī)范制度、完善服務(wù)為主要方針,以承辦市級(jí)冬泳比賽為宣傳手段,經(jīng)過(guò)半個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,成為成都市最大的冬泳團(tuán)體,在成都市乃至四川省冬泳界都家喻戶(hù)曉。在此背景下,有必要對(duì)其開(kāi)展冬泳的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)并分析存在問(wèn)題。其目的是:為成都市猛追灣更好的開(kāi)展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)提供相關(guān)理論依據(jù),也為其他城市開(kāi)展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本研究對(duì)宣傳普及冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)及提高成都市冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展水平具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,以猛追灣游泳場(chǎng)冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象。通過(guò)對(duì)該游泳場(chǎng)管理人員、成都市及猛追灣冬泳俱樂(lè)部相關(guān)人員、冬泳者進(jìn)行調(diào)查和訪談,研究得出結(jié)論:(1)猛追灣游泳場(chǎng)“非營(yíng)利性”的特點(diǎn)是開(kāi)展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的基本保障;(2)完備的安全措施是猛追灣50年開(kāi)展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)無(wú)一例溺水事故的保障;(3)收獲健康、愉悅、友誼及堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志是冬泳者堅(jiān)持冬泳的根本動(dòng)力;(4)冬泳者是以強(qiáng)身健體為主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)、具有明確參與目的的人群;(5)冬泳是一項(xiàng)低消費(fèi)高收益的適合終身鍛煉的體育項(xiàng)目;(6)資金主要來(lái)源于會(huì)員會(huì)費(fèi),活動(dòng)資金短缺;(7)缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)指導(dǎo)人員,冬泳鍛煉形式松散。針對(duì)研究結(jié)果及存在的問(wèn)題,提出以下建議:(1)猛追灣游泳場(chǎng)安全保障措施及門(mén)票優(yōu)惠政策值得推廣;(2)建議主動(dòng)尋求企業(yè)資助,解決資金缺乏的問(wèn)題;(3)建議與體育院校合作,解決專(zhuān)業(yè)指導(dǎo)人員缺乏的問(wèn)題;(4)建議加入中國(guó)游泳協(xié)會(huì)冬泳委員會(huì),加強(qiáng)全國(guó)性的交流與學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:With the growing awareness of the special benefits of winter swimming, more and more people participate in winter swimming, and the number of people and organizations of winter swimming in China has been increasing. Since 1965, when a trial winter swimming event was held at the Swimming Bay Swimming Center in Chengdu, The basic idea of winter swimming is "safety first", with government support and "difference subsidy" as the operating mode, standardizing the system and improving services as the main policy, and hosting municipal winter swimming competitions as publicity means. After half a century of development, As the largest winter swimming group in Chengdu, it is widely known in Chengdu as well as in Sichuan Province. In this context, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth investigation and study on the current situation of winter swimming in Chengdu. Summing up experience and analyzing existing problems. Its purpose is to provide relevant theoretical basis for developing winter swimming better in Zhuchaiwan, Chengdu. This study has practical significance for popularizing winter swimming and improving the level of winter swimming in Chengdu. The methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis were used to study the current situation of winter swimming in Zhuangzaiwan Swimming Yard. Through the analysis of the management staff of the swimming field, the related personnel of Chengdu and Zhuzaiwan Winter Swimming Club, Winter swimmers conducted surveys and interviews, The conclusion of the study is that the characteristic of "non-profit" swimming field in Zhuangzhai Bay is the basic guarantee of winter swimming. The complete safety measures are the guarantee that there is no drowning accident in 50 years of winter swimming in Zhuangzhai Bay. Friendship and strong will are the fundamental motivation for winter swimmers to persist in winter swimming. Winter Swimming is a low-cost, high-yielding sport suitable for lifelong exercise. Its funding comes mainly from membership fees, and the shortage of funds for its activities is limited by a lack of professional guidance staff. Winter swimming exercise forms are loose. In view of the research findings and existing problems, the following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1) Safety measures and ticket discount policies of the Swimming Park in Zhuangzaiwan are worth promoting. (2) We suggest that we should actively seek financial assistance from enterprises. To solve the problem of lack of funds, we suggest to cooperate with physical education institutions and solve the problem of lack of professional guidance. 4) to join the Winter Swimming Committee of China Swimming Association to strengthen national exchanges and study.
