【摘要】：籃球選項(xiàng)課是各級(jí)高校體育選項(xiàng)課中的一個(gè)重要項(xiàng)目,它不僅具有健身性、競(jìng)賽性、娛樂性和觀賞性等特征,還是一項(xiàng)激烈攻守對(duì)抗性的集體項(xiàng)目,它能夠培養(yǎng)學(xué)生團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神,強(qiáng)化學(xué)生的道德品質(zhì)。本文通過對(duì)哈爾濱市高�；@球選項(xiàng)課學(xué)生的基本現(xiàn)狀以及籃球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法與手段、考核評(píng)價(jià)以及師資水平,學(xué)�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等幾個(gè)方面的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與研究。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問卷調(diào)查法,專家訪談法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,邏輯分析法等方法對(duì)論文加以研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討哈爾濱市高�；@球選項(xiàng)課中的不足之處,以及不足處的對(duì)策研究。通過對(duì)哈爾濱市高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的調(diào)查分析,結(jié)論顯示:在學(xué)生方面:第一:學(xué)生對(duì)籃球感興趣,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度也相對(duì)認(rèn)真。但受傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式的影響,無法充分滿足學(xué)生的興趣需求。學(xué)生選擇籃球選項(xiàng)課的動(dòng)機(jī)明確,但也出現(xiàn)消極現(xiàn)象。第二:高校學(xué)生尤其是女生對(duì)籃球選項(xiàng)課興趣不大,導(dǎo)致了籃球選項(xiàng)課出現(xiàn)男女比例失衡的現(xiàn)象。在教學(xué)方面:第一,在教學(xué)內(nèi)容上,能夠較好的傳授學(xué)生基本的籃球技術(shù),但教授內(nèi)容通常為基本的傳球、投籃、運(yùn)球等基本技能,沒有重視團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的能力�；@球理論知識(shí)的講解和籃球欣賞等人文性的知識(shí)內(nèi)容較少,教學(xué)內(nèi)容無法充分滿足學(xué)生的知識(shí)要求。這在一定程度上抑制了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生參加籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的積極性。第二,在教學(xué)方法和手段上,通常跟隨傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,分為教師示范、學(xué)生模仿、教師糾正、學(xué)生活動(dòng)等步驟。缺乏創(chuàng)新性。只是靠教師親身示范動(dòng)作要領(lǐng),手段單一,不夠多元化。第三,結(jié)課成績(jī)基本能反應(yīng)學(xué)生的真實(shí)水平。但在考試前,老師告訴學(xué)生考試內(nèi)容,學(xué)生對(duì)考試指定的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的訓(xùn)練,使其成為考核的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),會(huì)出現(xiàn)不公平現(xiàn)象。第四,在師資水平上,教師知識(shí)技術(shù)水平相對(duì)較高,比較受學(xué)生喜愛。但教師大多技術(shù)性強(qiáng),學(xué)術(shù)理論方面可加強(qiáng)。第五,學(xué)�；@球基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)基本完善,但部分高�；@球體育場(chǎng)館陳舊,設(shè)施不完善,籃球場(chǎng)館開放時(shí)間受限。通過分析得出如下建議:在學(xué)生方面:第一,加大宣傳力度,注重學(xué)生的身心健康。第二,女生應(yīng)以鼓勵(lì)為主,最大限度的發(fā)揮女生的自身優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí)也要巧妙地利用男生的帶動(dòng)力量,培養(yǎng)和諧的師生關(guān)系。在教學(xué)方面:首先,要豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容,使教學(xué)內(nèi)容多元化。其次,變革教學(xué)方法,創(chuàng)新與拓寬籃球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)手段,可運(yùn)用多媒體設(shè)備豐富教學(xué)。同時(shí),還要構(gòu)建籃球課程新的考核方式,充分運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)考評(píng),使考核方式多元化。再次,優(yōu)化教師隊(duì)伍,發(fā)展青年教師的力量。最后,完善高校的籃球設(shè)施建設(shè),使籃球教學(xué)能夠得到最有利的發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:Basketball elective course is an important item in sports optional courses of colleges and universities at all levels. It not only has the characteristics of fitness, competition, entertainment and appreciation, but also a collective item of fierce antagonism between attack and defense. It can cultivate students' spirit of unity and cooperation, and strengthen students' moral quality. This paper introduces the basic situation of students in college basketball elective courses in Harbin and the teaching contents, teaching methods and means of basketball elective courses. The present situation of assessment and evaluation, the level of teachers, the construction of school infrastructure and so on are analyzed and studied. The methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on are used. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the deficiency of the selective courses of college basketball in Harbin, as well as the countermeasures. Through the investigation and analysis of the selective courses of public sports basketball in colleges and universities of Harbin, The results show that: first, the students are interested in basketball and have a serious attitude towards learning. However, influenced by the traditional teaching mode, they can not fully meet the interest needs of the students. But there is also a negative phenomenon. Second, college students, especially girls, have little interest in basketball elective courses, which leads to the imbalance between men and women in basketball elective courses. In the teaching aspect: first, in the teaching content, Be able to teach students basic basketball skills, but they usually teach basic skills such as passing, shooting, dribbling and so on. Not paying attention to the ability of team cooperation. The explanation of basketball theory and the appreciation of basketball and other humanistic knowledge content is less, The content of teaching can not fully meet the knowledge requirements of students. To a certain extent, it inhibits the enthusiasm of training students to participate in basketball. Secondly, in teaching methods and means, they usually follow the traditional teaching mode, and are divided into teacher demonstration. Students imitate, teachers correct, student activities, etc. Lack of innovation. Only rely on teachers to demonstrate the main points of action, the means are single, not diverse. Third, the final results can basically reflect the students' true level. But before the examination, The teacher told the students that the content of the examination, the content of which was given by the students, would be unfairly trained to become the only standard for examination. Fourth, in terms of the level of teachers, the level of teachers' knowledge and technology was relatively high. More loved by students. But most of the teachers are technical, academic theory can be strengthened. Fifth, school basketball infrastructure construction is basically perfect, but some university basketball stadiums and gymnasiums are old, facilities are not perfect, The opening hours of basketball stadiums are limited. Through analysis, the following suggestions are drawn: in terms of students: first, increase publicity, pay attention to students' physical and mental health. Second, girls should give priority to encouragement. At the same time, we should make good use of boys' driving power to cultivate harmonious teacher-student relationship. In teaching: first, we should enrich the teaching content, and make the teaching content diversified. Secondly, In order to reform teaching methods, innovate and broaden the teaching methods of basketball elective courses, we can use multimedia equipment to enrich teaching. At the same time, we should construct a new examination method of basketball courses and make full use of network system to carry out special evaluation. Third, optimize the team of teachers, develop the strength of young teachers. Finally, improve the construction of basketball facilities in colleges and universities, so that basketball teaching can be the most favorable play.
