自我損耗對運動表現(xiàn)影響的元分析

【摘要】:運用元分析方法考察自我損耗對運動表現(xiàn)影響及其調(diào)節(jié)變量。通過中英文文獻搜索,共納入31篇文獻和37個效應(yīng)量,總樣本量為1613。結(jié)果:(1)總體效應(yīng)量檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn),運動任務(wù)中的自我損耗為中等效應(yīng)量,d=0.55,95%CI為[0.39,0.71];由于存在發(fā)表偏倚性,該中等效應(yīng)量可能會被高估。(2)調(diào)節(jié)變量檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn),自我損耗效應(yīng)量較少受研究對象來源、研究對象類型和運動任務(wù)類型的影響;但受損耗任務(wù)類型和技能型任務(wù)中壓力情境的影響。(3)執(zhí)行運動任務(wù)時,主觀體力感、心率和肌電等指標不存在自我損耗效應(yīng)。這些研究結(jié)果支持了自我控制的力量模型具有普遍適用性,自我控制資源的領(lǐng)域普遍性以及自我控制的力量模型與注意控制理論整合的觀點。未來研究應(yīng)嚴格控制實驗條件、拓展運動任務(wù)中自我損耗應(yīng)對和自我控制訓(xùn)練的研究。
[Abstract]:The effect of self-loss on motor performance and its regulating variables were investigated by meta-analysis. 31 articles and 37 effect quantities were included in the literature search in both Chinese and English. The total sample size was 1613. The self-loss in exercise task was moderate effect (0.39 / 0.71); due to publication bias, the moderate effect might be overestimated.) the test of regulation variable found that the self-loss effect was less studied. Subject type and exercise task type, but affected by stress situation in loss task type and skill task. There is no self-loss effect on indicators such as heart rate and myoelectric activity. These results support the universal applicability of the self-control force model. The field universality of self-control resources and the viewpoint of integration of self-control force model and attention control theory. In the future research should strictly control the experimental conditions and expand the research on self-loss coping and self-control training in sports tasks.
