【摘要】：籃球運動屬于典型的技能主導類同場對抗性競技項目。廣東省3支CBA球隊的整體競技實力較強,是CBA聯(lián)賽中的勁旅和總冠軍的有力爭奪者。近年來,廣東省3支CBA球隊競技實力均不同程度的有所下滑且未能成功沖擊總冠軍。保持和提高球隊的優(yōu)勢地位和整體競技實力,必然要堅持科學的訓練和走創(chuàng)新之路。核心球員的競技表現(xiàn)對比賽勝負具有關鍵性的影響,在運動訓練實踐中,通過對核心球員的競技表現(xiàn)進行評價與診斷,發(fā)現(xiàn)球員比賽中獲得競技表現(xiàn)的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,是訓練與比賽實踐中必然關注的課題。與此同時,球員競技表現(xiàn)評價與診斷的定量化、直觀化和便捷化是運動訓練科學化發(fā)展的必然之路。本研究以廣東省3支CBA球隊核心球員為研究對象,以2013-2016年3個賽季CBA聯(lián)賽球員的技術統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為調查對象,采用文獻資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、專家訪談法、問卷調查法和邏輯分析法,對廣東省CBA核心球員的競技表現(xiàn)進行評價與診斷,得出以下結論:(1)建立了CBA球員競技表現(xiàn)評價指標體系,最終入選逐步回歸方程的14項現(xiàn)場技術統(tǒng)計指標被確定為CBA球員競技表現(xiàn)評價指標。(2)構建了CBA球員(后衛(wèi)、中鋒、前鋒)競技表現(xiàn)的結構模型和評分評價標準,其結構模型包含進攻績效因子、空中拼搶對抗因子、全面技能因子和外線得分能力因子,它們對CBA球員競技表現(xiàn)決定性的貢獻率分別為:38.746%、24.257%、13.282%和11.806%。(3)廣東省CBA核心后衛(wèi)球員均有較高的競技表現(xiàn)水平,其中廣東隊后衛(wèi)拜納姆競技表現(xiàn)水平最高。核心后衛(wèi)球員的競技表現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢主要體現(xiàn)在進攻績效因子和全面技能因子兩個方面,而蓋帽和失誤成為限制廣東省CBA核心后衛(wèi)競技表現(xiàn)水平提高的重要因素。(4)廣東省CBA核心中鋒球員競技表現(xiàn)的差距較大,廣東隊核心中鋒易建聯(lián)的競技表現(xiàn)水平較高且明顯優(yōu)于深圳隊核心中鋒李慕豪,特別體現(xiàn)在進攻績效因子、空中拼搶對抗因子和外線得分能力因子方面。助攻和搶斷是廣東省CBA核心中鋒球員競技表現(xiàn)進一步提高的短板。(5)廣東省CBA核心前鋒球員除深圳隊顧全外,其余5名前鋒的競技表現(xiàn)均處于高水平,外援前鋒的競技表現(xiàn)水平均高于國內前鋒,其優(yōu)勢集中表現(xiàn)在進攻績效因子和空中拼搶對抗因子上,國內前鋒則在外線得分能力因子上占據(jù)著優(yōu)勢。外援前鋒的競技表現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢指標要明顯多于國內前鋒。
[Abstract]:The three CBA teams in Guangdong Province have a strong overall competitive strength and are the strong contenders for the strong team and the championship in the CBA league in recent years. The competitive strength of the three CBA teams in Guangdong Province has declined to some extent and failed to successfully impact the championship. It is necessary to persist in scientific training and take the road of innovation. The competitive performance of the core players has a key impact on the outcome of the competition. In the practice of sports training, the evaluation and diagnosis of the competitive performance of the core players are carried out. It is an inevitable concern in training and competition practice to find out the advantages and disadvantages of players' competitive performance in competition. At the same time, the evaluation and diagnosis of players' competitive performance are quantified. Intuitionism and convenience are the inevitable way for the scientific development of sports training. This study takes the core players of three CBA teams in Guangdong Province as the research object, and the technical statistics of the CBA league players in the three seasons of 2013-2016 as the research objects. By means of literature, mathematical statistics, expert interview, questionnaire survey and logic analysis, the competitive performance of Guangdong CBA core players was evaluated and diagnosed. The following conclusions are drawn as follows: 1) the evaluation index system of CBA players' competitive performance is established, and the 14 field technical statistical indexes which are selected into the stepwise regression equation are determined as CBA players' competitive performance evaluation index.) the CBA players (guard, center forward) are constructed. The structural model and evaluation criteria of competitive performance include attack performance factor, air fighting and confrontation factor, total skill factor and outside scoring ability factor. Their decisive contribution to the competitive performance of CBA players was: 38.746% and 24.257% and 13.282% and 11.806%, respectively. The competitive performance of Guandong guard Bynum is the highest. The competitive performance advantages of the core guard players are mainly reflected in two aspects: offensive performance factor and comprehensive skill factor. However, blocking shots and errors have become an important factor limiting the improvement of the competitive performance of the CBA core guard in Guangdong Province. (4) the gap between the competitive performance of the CBA core center players in Guangdong Province is large. The competitive performance of the core center Yi Jianlian of the Guangdong team is relatively high and obviously superior to that of the Shenzhen core center Li Muhao, especially reflected in the offensive performance factor. Air scrambling antagonism factor and outside scoring ability factor. Assists and steals are short boards for further improvement of the competitive performance of the core CBA center players in Guangdong Province.) besides Shenzhen, the Guangdong CBA core forward players take care of all of them. The competitive performance of the other five strikers were all at a high level, and the competitive performance of foreign aid strikers was higher than that of domestic strikers. On the other hand, domestic strikers have an advantage in the factor of external scoring ability, and foreign aid strikers have more competitive performance indexes than domestic strikers.
