【摘要】：2016年國(guó)家主管部委針對(duì)我國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技發(fā)展出臺(tái)了一系列扶持政策,同時(shí)2017年電子競(jìng)技被確立為亞運(yùn)會(huì)正式比賽項(xiàng)目,給我國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技帶來(lái)了良好的發(fā)展契機(jī)。本研究以我國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用的研究方法包括文獻(xiàn)資料法和對(duì)比分析法。首先運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法首先對(duì)電子競(jìng)技及職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡釋,其次對(duì)以韓國(guó)為代表的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,結(jié)合對(duì)權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)的整理,分析職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技在我國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;運(yùn)用比較分析法將我國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技和韓國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技分別從人力資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)、賽事、管理體制四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比;最后,結(jié)合邏輯分析法進(jìn)行梳理分析得出結(jié)果:(1)人力資源方面,高水平職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員數(shù)量大、增長(zhǎng)快,相比韓國(guó)培養(yǎng)模式滯后、收入不穩(wěn)定,職業(yè)教練員和裁判員隊(duì)伍規(guī)模小、專業(yè)的認(rèn)證制度欠缺;(2)產(chǎn)業(yè)方面,我國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技產(chǎn)業(yè)擁有龐大的消費(fèi)群體和一定規(guī)模的職業(yè)聯(lián)賽,來(lái)自社會(huì)的商業(yè)投資量大、受風(fēng)投青睞,但相比韓國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新力不足;(3)賽事賽制方面,已有成規(guī)模的賽會(huì)制賽事和職業(yè)聯(lián)賽,賽事的組織形式較為成熟,賽事規(guī)模發(fā)展速度快,但賽事數(shù)量和賽事規(guī)模與韓國(guó)還存在一定差距;(4)管理體制方面,多部委共同管理是我國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技管理體制的現(xiàn)實(shí)存在,不同主管部委頒布的相關(guān)政策之間沒(méi)有達(dá)到完全協(xié)調(diào),相比韓國(guó),我國(guó)的管理體系較為松散。研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為:(1)我國(guó)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技已經(jīng)具備一定盈利能力;(2)我國(guó)電子競(jìng)技已經(jīng)具備其職業(yè)化發(fā)展的政策支持;(3)針對(duì)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技發(fā)展的扶持政策缺乏具體的實(shí)施措施;(4)職業(yè)電子競(jìng)技所蘊(yùn)含的體育精神容易被忽略;(5)高素質(zhì)、專業(yè)化的職業(yè)人才缺失。針對(duì)所存在的問(wèn)題,提出如下對(duì)策:(1)政府盡快完善具體實(shí)施措施,并加快實(shí)施進(jìn)程;(2)加強(qiáng)行業(yè)道德建設(shè),樹(shù)立良好社會(huì)形象;(3)細(xì)化高校電子競(jìng)技專業(yè),培育多元化專業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the competent ministries and commissions issued a series of supporting policies for the development of professional e-sports in China. At the same time, e-sports was established as a formal event of the Asian Games in 2017. It has brought a good opportunity for the development of professional e-sports in China. The research methods used include literature method and comparative analysis method. Firstly, it explains the related concepts of e-sports and professional e-sports, and then summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad, which is represented by Korea. Combining with the collation of authoritative data, this paper analyzes the development status of professional e-sports in China, and applies comparative analysis method to analyze the human resources, industry and competitions of China's professional e-sports and Korean professional e-sports, respectively. Finally, combing and analyzing the result of logic analysis, the result is: 1) in terms of human resources, the number of high-level professional athletes is large, the growth is fast, and compared with the Korean training model, the training model is lagging behind, and the income is unstable. The scale of professional coaches and referees is small, and the professional certification system is lacking in the industry. In terms of industry, China's professional e-sports industry has a large consumption group and a certain scale of professional leagues, and the amount of commercial investment from the society is large. It is favored by venture capital, but compared with the competition system of South Korea's industrial innovation, there is already a full-scale tournament and professional league. The organization of the competition is relatively mature, and the scale of the competition is developing rapidly. However, there is still a certain gap between the number of events and the scale of events in South Korea. In terms of management system, multi-ministry and joint management is the reality of China's professional e-sports management system. There has been no complete coordination between the relevant policies promulgated by the different ministries, compared with South Korea, China's management system is relatively loose. The conclusion of the study is that: 1) China's professional e-sports already has a certain profitability. (2) China's e-sports already has its professional development policy support for the development of professional e-sports 3) in view of the development of professional e-sports. Lack of specific measures to implement the supporting policies. (4) the spirit of sports contained in professional e-sports is easily neglected. 5) High quality. In view of the existing problems, the following countermeasures are put forward: 1) the government should improve the concrete implementation measures as soon as possible, and speed up the implementation process. 2) strengthen the moral construction of the profession and establish a good social image. Cultivate diversified professionals.
