【摘要】：中國體育智庫存在著相對獨立性缺乏、數(shù)量嚴(yán)重不足、成果水平和影響力不強、國際化的進程還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠等問題。面對這一狀況,體育智庫要更加重視對體育公共決策與社會公眾的影響和引導(dǎo),其組織形式要更加多元化,要不斷完善功能,加強國際交流合作。體育智庫建設(shè)必須服務(wù)于健康中國和體育強國建設(shè),在明確主攻方向的同時,打造好自身的優(yōu)勢和特色,以厚重的體育理論、多學(xué)科的視角和先進的科研方法作支撐,提出具有前瞻性、科學(xué)性、實用性的體育政策建議,創(chuàng)新體育綜合改革,構(gòu)建新的體育體制機制,提升中國體育軟實力。
[Abstract]:There are some problems in China's sports think tanks, such as lack of relative independence, serious shortage of quantity, low level of achievement and influence, insufficient process of internationalization, etc. In the face of this situation, Sports think tanks should pay more attention to the influence and guidance of sports public decision-making and the social public, and their organizational forms should be more diversified and their functions should be continuously improved. Strengthening international exchanges and cooperation. The construction of sports think tanks must serve the construction of a healthy China and a powerful sports country, and at the same time make clear the direction of its main attack, and at the same time, build its own advantages and characteristics, and use a heavy sports theory. Based on the multi-disciplinary perspective and advanced scientific research methods, this paper puts forward some forward-looking, scientific and practical sports policy suggestions, innovates the comprehensive reform of sports, constructs a new sports system and mechanism, and promotes the soft power of Chinese sports.
