【摘要】：正中共中央國務(wù)院在《關(guān)于深化教育改革全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》中指出,"健康體魄是青少年為祖國和人民服務(wù)的基本前提,是中華民族旺盛生命力的體現(xiàn),學(xué)校教育要梳理健康第一的指導(dǎo)思想,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)體育工作,使學(xué)生掌握基本的運(yùn)動技能,養(yǎng)成堅(jiān)持鍛煉身體的良好習(xí)慣"。該決定強(qiáng)調(diào)了體育鍛煉在大學(xué)生健康中的重要作用,這不僅體現(xiàn)了黨和國家對大學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的關(guān)心和重視,同時也為高等教育事業(yè)指明了努力的方向。改革開放以來,中國的體育教育事業(yè)已經(jīng)取得了很大的成就,中國大學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)也得到了很大的提高。據(jù)相關(guān)調(diào)查顯示,中國大學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的提高主要是軀體健康方面的,如果以現(xiàn)代科學(xué)的健康
[Abstract]:The State Council of the CPC Central Committee pointed out in its decision on deepening Education Reform to promote quality Education in an all-round way: "healthy physique is the basic prerequisite for young people to serve the motherland and the people, and it is the embodiment of the vigorous vitality of the Chinese nation." School education should comb the guiding ideology of health first, strengthen physical education work, make students master basic sports skills and develop good habits of persisting in physical exercise. "this decision emphasizes the important role of physical exercise in the health of college students. This not only reflects the concern and attention of the Party and the state to the physical fitness of college students, but also points out the direction of efforts for the cause of higher education. Since the reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in the cause of physical education in China. The overall quality of Chinese college students has also been greatly improved. According to relevant surveys, the improvement of Chinese college students' physical quality is mainly in the aspect of physical health.
