【摘要】：1987年4月,在山東召開高校業(yè)余體育訓(xùn)練工作座談會議后,國家體委和教委聯(lián)合發(fā)文,發(fā)出在高校試辦高水平運動隊的關(guān)通知。明確指出發(fā)展學(xué)校教育,提高運動技術(shù)水平是我們學(xué)校體育的基本的任務(wù),也是我國教育事業(yè)和體育事業(yè)的重要方面。只有這樣才可以使我國高校的體育水平得到快速發(fā)展,從而與世界大學(xué)生競技體育相匹敵。這一方法目的是培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的新型體育人才,而且充分利用高校的多學(xué)科和高科技優(yōu)勢,增加競技訓(xùn)練的科技含量。我國高校高水平運動隊雖然能夠有一些大學(xué)可以代表高校參加全國乃至更高層次的大大學(xué)生運動會,但在發(fā)展壯大過程中,學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾比較突出,影響游泳運動人才的發(fā)展。對于大多數(shù)為本校在全國大學(xué)生比賽中獲得金牌的運動員都是體工隊訓(xùn)練的在籍學(xué)生,而不是真正在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練的學(xué)生。高水平游泳運動員個體的發(fā)展過程中遇到的一系列問題,需要不斷完善和解決。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),高校高水平游泳運動隊的學(xué)訓(xùn)管理的形式是制約高校高水平運動員健康發(fā)展的重要因素,在其他各個高校也是普遍存在的。所以高校高水平運動隊的學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練管理是首要解決的問題。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料,問卷調(diào)查等研究方法,整理上海交通大學(xué)高水平游泳運動隊的學(xué)訓(xùn)情況。包括對訓(xùn)練的調(diào)查,就讀的專業(yè)情況,后勤管理,競賽設(shè)置,和運動隊的組織形式,運動員的選拔,學(xué)籍的整理等等,充分了解上海交大高水平運動隊的管理特點。在高水平游泳隊的訓(xùn)練中,對運動員訓(xùn)練狀態(tài)、訓(xùn)練效果、營養(yǎng)恢復(fù)等方面進(jìn)行研究。得出結(jié)論:1、上海交大高水平運動員文化課的學(xué)習(xí)不能滿足現(xiàn)代競技體育對體育人才文化素質(zhì)的要求,大學(xué)生并沒有真正意識到文化課學(xué)習(xí)的重要性,學(xué)習(xí)興趣普遍不高;2、上海交大游泳高水平運動員在訓(xùn)練管理方面,管理思路不是很清晰,培養(yǎng)方案缺乏長遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意識和針對性,在制定各種規(guī)章制度時很少考慮高水平運動員是一個特殊的群體;3、上海交大對游泳高水平運動員的文化學(xué)習(xí)的重要性有一定的重視,但是很多因素制約著高水平運動員的文化學(xué)習(xí),因此還需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)高水平運動員的文化學(xué)習(xí)機制;4、上海交大游泳高水平運動員的教練員對運動員學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾處理重要的認(rèn)識有待提升,教練員與文化教師的溝通交流缺乏。建議:1、上海交大招收高水平游泳運動員時,對其文化成績應(yīng)提高重視,即在運動員選拔階段就在一定程度上緩解學(xué)習(xí)矛盾;2、建立一套適合上海交大高水平游泳運動隊的自主學(xué)習(xí)的管理體系,提高其對文化學(xué)習(xí)重要性的認(rèn)識,促進(jìn)運動員積極有效的學(xué)習(xí),不斷提高本校游泳運動員的文化素養(yǎng);3、正確使用學(xué)分獎勵及免考制度,不能使獎勵和免考成為運動員狂熱追求的目標(biāo),而忽視文化課程的學(xué)習(xí),不能使兩項激勵制度適得其反;4、教練員包括運動員提高對學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾處理重要性的認(rèn)識,同時與文化教師加深溝通與交流,是提升上海交大高水平游泳運動隊訓(xùn)練水平、提高運動成績的的必經(jīng)之路。

Clearly pointed out that the development of school education, improve the level of sports is the basic task of our school sports, it is also an important aspect of China's educational and sports career. Only in this way can the sports level of rapid development, so as to match the world university sports. The purpose of this method is to cultivate new type of all-round development of sports talent, but also a multidisciplinary and high-tech advantage of universities, increase the technology content of sports training. The high level sports team of colleges and universities in China though some college students can have the big sports university can represent the universities to participate in national and even higher level, but in the process of development, learning and training contradictions than The more prominent, affecting the development of swimming talent. For most of the school won the gold medal in the National University Games athletes are sports team training students, instead of learning and training students in the school. A series of problems encountered in the development process of high level swimming athletes of the individual, we need to constantly improve and to solve. The survey found that learning and training management in the form of high level swimming sports teams in Colleges and universities is an important factor restricting the healthy development of high level athletes in Colleges and universities, is also prevalent in other universities. So the University of high level sport team learning and training management is the primary problem. In this paper, through literature, questionnaire etc. study on the methods of learning and training, finishing high level swimming team in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It includes researches on training, professional school, logistics management, competition and setting Team organization, the selection of athletes, school consolidation and so on, to fully understand the management characteristics of Shanghai Jiaotong University high level sports team. In the high level swimming team training, training of athletes training state, to study nutrition recovery. Conclusion: 1, Shanghai Jiaotong University high level athlete culture course learning can not meet the requirements of modern sports culture on the quality of sports talents, college students aren't really aware of the importance of cultural course learning, learning interest is not high; 2, Shanghai Jiaotong University high level swimming athletes in training management, management is not very clear, the lack of long-term strategic awareness training programs and targeted in the development of all kinds of rules and regulations rarely consider the high level athletes is a special group; 3, the importance of Shanghai Jiaotong University high level athletes swimming has certain cultural learning Pay attention to, but many factors restrict the cultural learning of high level athletes, therefore also need further improvement of cultural learning mechanism of high level athletes; 4, Shanghai Jiaotong University high level athletes and coaches of swimming athletes learn the understanding of the contradictions between the important needs to be improved, coaches and teacher culture communication. The lack of recommendations: 1, Shanghai Jiaotong University recruit high level swimming athletes, the cultural achievement should pay more attention to the selection of athletes, namely in the stage to some extent alleviate the contradiction between learning; 2, to establish a suitable Shanghai Jiaotong University high level swimming team learning management system, improve the understanding of the importance of learning culture, promoting their active and effective learning, constantly improve the school swimming athlete's cultural literacy; 3, the proper use of Credit Incentive and exemption system, cannot make the rewards and free exam to become athletes. The hot pursuit of the goal, but ignoring the cultural course, can make the two incentive system of 4 coaches including athletes, counterproductive; raise awareness of the importance of dealing with the contradiction between learning and training, and enhance communication and exchange with the culture of teachers, is to enhance the training level of Shanghai Jiaotong University High level swimming team, the only way which must be passed sports performance improvement.
