【摘要】：本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,引入創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)量表,發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的模型對(duì)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的指導(dǎo)性作用,研究還探討了體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)與創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的影響效果,分析了創(chuàng)業(yè)推力與創(chuàng)業(yè)拉力對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的影響,通過(guò)自我效能與課程設(shè)置變量探討對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)與創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的干擾效果。引入McMullen所界定的創(chuàng)業(yè)二階段模式理論對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行具體的討論。研究主要從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了具體探討:1.體育院系學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的理論假設(shè),此部分主要討論創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖分析、自我效能與課程設(shè)置對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的分析;2.創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)與創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖同自我效能和課程設(shè)置之間的關(guān)系效果;3.創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置的策略分析,主要通過(guò)體育教育專業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問(wèn)題、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置的策略、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的學(xué)科體系所進(jìn)行的策略討論。研究結(jié)果顯示:1.本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)推力與創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖之間的關(guān)系會(huì)被課程設(shè)置所強(qiáng)化,顯示那些感受到外部環(huán)境的驅(qū)動(dòng)力而有較強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生當(dāng)中,投入較多時(shí)間與努力來(lái)發(fā)展課程設(shè)置者的創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖會(huì)大于投入較少者。2.本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)推力同樣對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖會(huì)有正向的影響,研究認(rèn)為創(chuàng)業(yè)推力對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖的影響在本研究中獲得驗(yàn)證,研究認(rèn)為由于近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境不佳,過(guò)去體育教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生主要仰賴的教育工作就業(yè)難度大。3.研究發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)推力與創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖之間的關(guān)系會(huì)被課程設(shè)置所強(qiáng)化,那些感受到外部環(huán)境的驅(qū)動(dòng)力而有較強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生當(dāng)中,投入較多時(shí)間與努力來(lái)發(fā)展課程設(shè)置的人相比與投入較少者的創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖更強(qiáng)烈。然而,課程設(shè)置對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)拉力與創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖間的干擾效果卻無(wú)法被驗(yàn)證。4.研究結(jié)果還呈現(xiàn)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)推力及拉力與創(chuàng)業(yè)意圖之間的關(guān)系雖然會(huì)被自我效能所干擾,但其影響方向與假設(shè)推論的方向卻相反。
[Abstract]:This research adopts the literature method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method and the mathematical statistics method, introduces the entrepreneurial motivation scale, and finds out the guiding effect of the entrepreneurial motivation model on the students of physical education major. The study also discusses the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and intention of students majoring in physical education, and analyzes the influence of entrepreneurial thrust and entrepreneurial pull on entrepreneurial intention. Through self-efficacy and curriculum variables to explore the impact of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. This study is discussed from the following aspects by introducing the two-stage entrepreneurial model theory defined by McMullen. This paper makes a concrete discussion on the theoretical hypothesis of the entrepreneurial motivation of students in physical education colleges and departments. This part mainly discusses the analysis of entrepreneurial motivation to entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy and curriculum to entrepreneurial intention 2.The data analysis of entrepreneurial motivation, Find out the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial intention and self-efficacy and curriculum. 3. The strategy analysis of entrepreneurship education curriculum, mainly through the problems of entrepreneurship education in physical education, entrepreneurship education curriculum setting strategy. The results show that the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention is reinforced by curriculum. It shows that among those physical education majors who feel the driving force of the external environment and have a strong motivation to start a business, More time and effort to develop curriculum providers' entrepreneurial intentions will be greater than less. 2. This study found that entrepreneurial motivation also has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. The research shows that the impact of entrepreneurial push on entrepreneurial intention has been verified in this study. The study believes that the domestic employment market environment is not good in recent years. In the past, physical education graduates mainly relied on the difficulty of obtaining employment in education work. 3. The study found that the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention would be strengthened by the curriculum. Among physical education students who felt the driving force of the external environment and had a stronger motivation to start a business, those who invested more time and effort to develop the curriculum had stronger entrepreneurial intentions than those who did less. The effect of curriculum on the interference between entrepreneurial pull and entrepreneurial intention can not be verified. 4. The results also show that the entrepreneurial thrust of PE students and the relationship between pulling force and entrepreneurial intention may be interfered by self-efficacy. But the direction of influence is opposite to that of hypothetical inference.
