【摘要】：根據(jù)空手道技術(shù)的發(fā)展及為入奧做好準(zhǔn)備,WKF裁判委員會(huì)于2011年對(duì)空手道競賽規(guī)則進(jìn)行了一定程度的修改。我國是2006年正式從官方渠道引進(jìn),在引進(jìn)的短短幾年中我國空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)從空白到馮蘭蘭、李紅、湯玲玲等站上世界級(jí)領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)的舞臺(tái),所取得的成就令人驚喜,隨著空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國快速的發(fā)展,理論研究也在2008年之后的這幾年快速的發(fā)展。雖然空手道競賽規(guī)則在2009年之后總共經(jīng)過了3次修訂,但是對(duì)空手道競賽規(guī)則的演變研究和規(guī)則演變對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在比賽中技戰(zhàn)術(shù)運(yùn)用的影響方面研究甚少。在對(duì)空手道項(xiàng)目的研究主要集中在比賽中技術(shù)運(yùn)用調(diào)查分析,高校開展空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)的可行性研究,我國空手道教練員和裁判員的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究。本研究以空手道競賽規(guī)則的演變對(duì)空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)員在比賽中技術(shù)運(yùn)用的影響為研究主體,找出新的規(guī)則對(duì)我國空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的影響,詣在縮小我國空手道高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員與世界頂級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的差距。本課題主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、錄像分析法、專家訪談法、對(duì)比分析法等研究方法。本課題主要包括以下五個(gè)方面:競技比賽中規(guī)則與技術(shù)的辯證關(guān)系;空手道新舊規(guī)則的對(duì)比分析;新舊規(guī)則下空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)員在比賽中技術(shù)運(yùn)用分析;新規(guī)則下我國空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)運(yùn)用走向的分析;新規(guī)則下提高我國空手道組手運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)訓(xùn)練的策略。研究認(rèn)為:1、競賽規(guī)則是為了保證比賽雙方的公平與對(duì)等,使比賽更加緊張、激烈,吸引觀眾,推進(jìn)競技運(yùn)動(dòng)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的發(fā)展;競賽規(guī)則與技術(shù)運(yùn)用的發(fā)展有著緊密的練習(xí),二者既相互促進(jìn),同時(shí)又相互制約、相互引導(dǎo)。2、通過新舊規(guī)則對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),新規(guī)則中增加了一位邊裁使得主裁與邊裁都只有1票的權(quán)利;取消了犯規(guī)罰分規(guī)則;平局則由5位裁判直接舉旗判定勝負(fù);主裁判運(yùn)動(dòng)員得分至少要有兩位邊裁支持方可判運(yùn)動(dòng)員得分;增加了對(duì)于夸大傷情的最低的判罰是一個(gè)直接的二類犯規(guī)Hansoku Chui等一些規(guī)定。新規(guī)則的變化對(duì)空手道組手運(yùn)動(dòng)員在比賽中的技術(shù)運(yùn)用有一定的影響。3、通過觀看2011年和2012年全國空手道錦標(biāo)賽錄像,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)運(yùn)用進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)舊規(guī)則下運(yùn)動(dòng)員主要進(jìn)攻技術(shù)是前手上段拳,并且是主要的得分技術(shù);新規(guī)則的出臺(tái)豐富了運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)攻技術(shù),尤其是后手上段沖擊技術(shù)的使用頻率和有效得分率都有了一定的提高,比賽中高分值技術(shù)運(yùn)用更加頻繁,得分手段更加全面。4、通過對(duì)新舊規(guī)則的對(duì)比以及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的佐證,發(fā)現(xiàn)新規(guī)則下空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)員在技術(shù)運(yùn)用的走向:其一突出后手上段沖擊技術(shù)的運(yùn)用。其二強(qiáng)調(diào)多種組合技術(shù)的綜合運(yùn)用。其三高分值技術(shù)的普遍使用成為趨勢。5、新規(guī)則下對(duì)空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)員提出了以下訓(xùn)練的策略:其一加強(qiáng)三分技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練。其二加強(qiáng)組合技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練。其三加強(qiáng)技術(shù)穩(wěn)定性訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:According to the development of karate technology and the preparation for entry into the Olympic Games, WKF Magistracy Committee revised the rules of karate competition in 2011. In the few short years since the introduction of karate in our country, from blank to the stage where Feng Lanlan, Li Hong, Tang Lingling stood on the stage of world-class acceptance of the award, the achievements have been surprising. With the rapid development of karate in our country, Theoretical research has also developed rapidly in the years since 2008. Although the rules of karate competitions have been revised three times since 2009, However, there are few studies on the evolution of karate competition rules and the influence of the evolution of the rules on the technical and tactical application of athletes in the competition. The research on karate events is mainly focused on the investigation and analysis of the technical application in the competition. The feasibility of developing karate in colleges and universities, and the investigation and study of the present situation of karate coaches and referees in China. This study focuses on the influence of the evolution of karate competition rules on the technical application of karate athletes in the competition. To find out the influence of the new rules on the development of karate in our country, and to narrow the gap between the high level karate athletes of our country and the top athletes of the world. This subject mainly includes the following five aspects: the dialectical relationship between the rules and techniques in competitive competitions, the comparative analysis of the new and old rules of karate, and so on. Under the new and old rules, the analysis of karate athletes' technical application in competition, the analysis of the trend of Chinese karate athletes' technical application under the new rules; Under the new rules, the strategy of improving the technical training of Chinese karate group players. The study holds that the competition rules are designed to ensure the fairness and equality of both sides of the competition and make the competition more tense, intense, and attractive to the audience. Promoting the development of competitive sports techniques and tactics, the development of competition rules and the application of technology has close practice, both promote each other, and at the same time restrict each other, guide each other, and find out through the comparison of new and old rules, In the new rules, a side judge is added to make the referee and the referee have only one vote; the rules of penalty for fouls are abolished; the draw is decided by five referees holding the flag directly. The referee must have at least two side judges to score. Added to the minimum penalty for exaggerated injury is a direct second class foul, Hansoku Chui and so on. The changes in the new rules have a certain impact on karate players in the game in the use of technical skills. 3, by watching 2011. And the 2012 National Karate Championships, Through the statistical analysis of athletes' technical application, it is found that the main offensive techniques of athletes under the old rules are forehand boxing and main scoring techniques, and the introduction of the new rules enriches the attacking techniques of athletes. In particular, the use frequency and effective scoring rate of the hindhand impact technology have been improved to a certain extent, the high score technology is used more frequently in the competition, the scoring means are more comprehensive. 4. Through the comparison of the new and the old rules and the evidence of the data statistics, The author finds out the trend of karate athletes' application of technology under the new rules: first, the application of impact technology in the back of the hand. Secondly, the comprehensive application of various combination techniques is emphasized. The general use of the three high score techniques has become a trend. Under the new rules, the following training strategies are put forward for karate athletes: first, strengthening the training of three-point technique; second, strengthening the training of combination technique; third, strengthening the training of technical stability.
