【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平增長,眾多體育項目越來越受到廣大群眾的喜愛;游泳是普及較高的水上運動項目,基于游泳衍生出的親子游泳項目,成為廣大嬰幼兒家長的首要運動選擇。北京因其地域與經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢,親子游泳培訓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,在體育培訓產(chǎn)業(yè)市場中占據(jù)重要之地。本文主要以北京市親子游泳培訓機構為研究對象,采用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、實地考察法、訪談法、SWOT分析法對北京市親子游泳培訓機構發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀綜合分析,針對現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、威脅等因素交叉配對,為該產(chǎn)業(yè)未來發(fā)展提出可行的建議。通過研究分析,本文主要研究結果包括:(1)北京市親子游泳培訓市場發(fā)展的主要優(yōu)勢是:現(xiàn)在是市場發(fā)展的初期,市場容量比較大,可促進其產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。(2)北京市親子游泳培訓市場發(fā)展的主要劣勢是:目前市場現(xiàn)有培訓機構的管理人員、教練員和服務人員等從業(yè)人員的資質較低;行業(yè)門檻低,導致市場競爭激烈。(3)北京市親子游泳培訓市場發(fā)展的主要機遇是:除了前面所述的市場容量大之外,目前國人消費水平逐漸提高;國家多項鼓勵發(fā)展服務業(yè)等利好政策的推出;二胎政策的完全放開以及父母優(yōu)生早教意識的增強,為該行業(yè)的市場發(fā)展提供源源不斷的動力。(4)北京市親子游泳培訓市場發(fā)展的主要威脅是:存在的安全隱患,不斷涌入的商家和加盟店。針對優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、挑戰(zhàn)分析,北京市親子游泳培訓機構需要依托經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的基礎支撐下,利用良好的市場環(huán)境,穩(wěn)速擴展親子游泳產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模;并且目前對親子游泳的市場容量較大,基于此,做好市場調研,合理選址,擴大培訓機構連店鋪的覆蓋率;同時抓住政府政策的有力支持,利用親子游泳培訓產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)有的優(yōu)勢,擴大該項運動的影響力,吸引更多的社會資金,發(fā)展該產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模。北京市親子游泳培訓行業(yè)應利用良好的市場環(huán)境,產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速擴張與發(fā)展對人才的需求勢必增高,企業(yè)可利用高待遇吸引高素質從業(yè)人員;基于較高市場容量,企業(yè)應增加宣傳方式,積極利用網(wǎng)絡和APP平臺,加大宣傳力度,以便快速吸引資金注入;同時要建立完善的安全防護系統(tǒng),杜絕安全事故發(fā)生;利用北京發(fā)展熱點,增加市場占有率;建立健全的法律法規(guī),杜絕惡性市場競爭發(fā)生;發(fā)展和諧的企業(yè)文化。活躍企業(yè)氛圍,將親子游泳培訓行業(yè)迅速做大做強。
[Abstract]:With the increase of people's living standard, many sports are more and more popular with the masses. Swimming is a popular water sports event. Based on the parent-child swimming derived from swimming, it has become the most important sports choice for parents of infants and toddlers. Beijing has its regional and economic advantages. The parent-child swimming training industry is developing rapidly and occupies an important place in the sports training industry market. This paper mainly takes Beijing parent-child swimming training institution as the research object, using the method of literature and questionnaire. Field investigation method, interview method SWOT analysis of Beijing parent-child swimming training institutions development situation comprehensive analysis, in view of the existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and other factors cross-pair. Through research and analysis, the main research results of this paper include: 1) the main advantages of Beijing parent-child swimming training market development is: now is the initial stage of market development. The main disadvantage of the development of Beijing parent-child swimming training market is: at present, the managers of the existing training institutions in the market. The qualifications of coaches and service personnel are low; The main opportunities for the development of Beijing parent-child swimming training market are as follows: in addition to the large market capacity mentioned above, the consumption level of the people is gradually improving; The introduction of many favorable policies such as encouraging the development of the service industry in the country; The policy of second child was completely liberalized and the consciousness of early education of parents with good birth was strengthened. The main threats to the development of the parent-child swimming training market in Beijing are the hidden dangers of safety, the constant influx of merchants and franchisees, and the advantages and disadvantages. Analysis of opportunities and challenges, Beijing parent-child swimming training institutions need to rely on the rapid economic development of the foundation, the use of good market environment, steady speed expansion of parent-child swimming industry scale; And at present, the market capacity of parent-child swimming is large, based on this, do market research, reasonable location, expand the coverage of training institutions even stores; At the same time, we should grasp the strong support of government policy, make use of the existing advantages of parent-child swimming training industry, expand the influence of the sport and attract more social funds. To develop the scale of the industry, the Beijing parent-child swimming training industry should make use of the good market environment, the rapid expansion and development of the industry will inevitably increase the demand for talents, and enterprises can make use of the high treatment to attract high-quality employees; Based on the higher market capacity, enterprises should increase publicity methods, actively use the network and APP platform, increase publicity efforts, in order to attract capital injection quickly; At the same time, it is necessary to establish a sound safety protection system to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents; Take advantage of Beijing's hot spots to increase market share; Establish sound laws and regulations to prevent vicious market competition; Develop a harmonious corporate culture, active business atmosphere, parent-child swimming training industry quickly become bigger and stronger.
