【摘要】：本文通過多種研究方法總結(jié)分析游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出現(xiàn)象,研究主要立足于現(xiàn)實依據(jù)并結(jié)合一般訓(xùn)練理論、項群訓(xùn)練理論、專項訓(xùn)練理論為理論；從學(xué)習(xí)遷移、技能遷移的角度入手；充分考慮到游泳項目和游泳運動員遷入項目的項目特點。選取具有代表性的個案,著重于游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出的理論解析和游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出前后存在的優(yōu)勢、劣勢分析,探尋游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出規(guī)律和內(nèi)在本質(zhì),希望能為游泳運動員開拓更多更寬的成長成才渠道；促進與游泳項目相關(guān)項目之間人才的合理流動,有利于游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出方面的理論體系的完善,針對游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出過程中存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的建議。研究結(jié)果如下：1.通過科學(xué)的歸納分析得出游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出的主要趨勢和方向為游泳運動員向水上項目遷移,如水球、花樣游泳；游泳運動員向多項組合結(jié)構(gòu)中異屬多項組合項目中游泳項目作為子項目存在的項目,如鐵人三項、現(xiàn)代五項；個人項目向集體項目遷移的趨勢不明顯。2.游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出主要原因是,在個性心理特征、競技能力和機能等方面游泳運動員和其他項目專業(yè)運動員具有相似性和一致性。游泳運動員向相關(guān)項目遷出有助于游泳運動人才的合理流動,實現(xiàn)游泳項目和其他項目的持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,甚至是“跨越式”發(fā)展,如中國國家女子水球隊。3.游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出的優(yōu)勢有一下幾個方面：游泳及遷入項目學(xué)術(shù)理論、游泳人才資源、游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出的技術(shù)、心理能力和智能、游泳體能訓(xùn)練和遷移項目具有一定的一致性、游泳技能對遷入項目成績提高有巨大作用、縮短運動員的成才培養(yǎng)期、游泳項目運動員向鄰近項目遷出成功率較高、政策支持等。4.游泳項目運動員向相關(guān)鄰近項目遷出的劣勢有一下幾個方面：專項素質(zhì)之間存在差別、運動競賽場地不同、游泳運動員遷入項目的項目設(shè)置與游泳項目不同、游泳運動員遷入項目技戰(zhàn)術(shù)應(yīng)用更復(fù)雜、教練隊伍對項目遷移運動員的訓(xùn)練經(jīng)驗不足等。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of swimming athletes to move out of the phenomenon of adjacent to the project through various research methods research summary, mainly based on the reality basis and combined with the general training theory, the theory of group training, special training theory; from the transfer of learning, skill transfer angle in fully considering the characteristics of the project; swimming and swimming athletes in the project. Select the representative case, focusing on swimming athletes to the relevant theoretical analysis and adjacent to the project to move out of the swimming athletes to move adjacent to the project advantages, and disadvantages analysis, explore the swimming athletes to adjacent to the project migration and the inherent nature, hoping to open up more channels for wide growth swimming athletes; promote the rational flow of talent between the associated with the project is conducive to swimming, swimming movement To improve relevant aspects of system theory from adjacent to the project, according to project related to swimming athletes from adjacent to the project process problems and put forward corresponding suggestions. To move out of the rational flow of related projects contribute to the swimming talent, to achieve sustained, healthy swimming and other projects, stable development, and even the "great leap forward" development, such as the.3. swimming athletes China National Women's water polo team to adjacent to the project to move out of the advantages in following aspects: swimming and immigration project academic, swimming talent resources, swimming athletes to adjacent to the project to move out of the technology, mental ability and intelligence, the physical training of swimming and migration project has some consistency, swimming skill is the great project to improve performance, shorten the training period of sports talent, swimming athletes to move adjacent to the project success rate is high..4. swimming athletes to the relevant policy support adjacent to the project to move out of the disadvantages in following aspects: the difference between the special quality of transport.
