【摘要】：CBA聯(lián)賽自1995年步入職業(yè)化至2015年已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了20個(gè)賽季。聯(lián)賽在這20年里逐漸成長(zhǎng)與進(jìn)步。這其中離不開(kāi)引入外援的關(guān)系。外援的加盟提高了聯(lián)賽的整體水平,增加了聯(lián)賽的觀賞性。但是關(guān)于外籍球員的使用制度方面,CBA聯(lián)賽還是需要去更加完善。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以14-15賽季CBA聯(lián)賽實(shí)施末節(jié)單外援政策對(duì)本土球員的影響為研究對(duì)象。探索在末節(jié)單外援政策下,本土球員會(huì)受到哪些影響。經(jīng)過(guò)研究得出以下結(jié)論：1,CBA聯(lián)賽通過(guò)引進(jìn)外籍球員,提升了聯(lián)賽在國(guó)際上的知名度,加速了CBA聯(lián)賽的職業(yè)化進(jìn)程,提高了聯(lián)賽的精彩程度和整體水平。外援的加入帶來(lái)的優(yōu)秀的籃球技術(shù)、國(guó)外豐富多彩的籃球文化和先進(jìn)的籃球理念,提升了本土球員的危機(jī)意識(shí),加大了本土球員在比賽和訓(xùn)練方面的積極性,為CBA聯(lián)賽的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。2,CBA聯(lián)賽在2014-2015賽季末節(jié)單外援政策實(shí)施之前,外援在末節(jié)的得分基本占到球隊(duì)的一半,在籃板和助攻這些主要技術(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)方面都占據(jù)著球隊(duì)末節(jié)總數(shù)據(jù)的四成左右。在實(shí)施末節(jié)單外援政策實(shí)施之后,外援在比賽末節(jié)的主要數(shù)據(jù)方面都有所下降。3,CBA聯(lián)賽在2014-2015賽季實(shí)施末節(jié)單外援政策之后,本土球員在比賽末節(jié)的出場(chǎng)時(shí)間和得分、籃板、助攻這些主要數(shù)據(jù)都有所提升,提高了本土球員末節(jié)的鍛煉機(jī)會(huì),但是在整場(chǎng)的表現(xiàn)中,本土球員卻略許退步。本土中鋒球員在比賽末節(jié)得到了富裕的出場(chǎng)時(shí)間,加強(qiáng)了本土中鋒球員的鍛煉,使得本土中鋒球員在這項(xiàng)政策下得到了更多的出場(chǎng)時(shí)間,加速了本土中鋒球員的發(fā)展與提升。但是在本土后衛(wèi)球員出場(chǎng)時(shí)間雖然提升,但是提升幅度很小,依然得不到充足的鍛煉時(shí)間與機(jī)會(huì)。4,在CBA聯(lián)賽實(shí)施末節(jié)單外援政策后,本土球員在比賽中處理關(guān)鍵球的次數(shù)明顯增加,且命中率提高,說(shuō)明末節(jié)單外援政策有利于本土球員在比賽關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻得到更多的鍛煉機(jī)會(huì),本土球員逐漸成為決定比賽勝負(fù)的主導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The CBA league has experienced 20 seasons since its professionalization in 1995 to 2015. The league has grown and improved over the past 20 years. But on the use of foreign players in the CBA league still needs to be more perfect.
