【摘要】：對學習動機的研究是學習心理學的重要課題,因為學習動機是非智力因素的核心成分,與成人學習質量和水平有著密切的關系。如何培養(yǎng)和保持成人學習者適度的學習動機從而使其保持良好的學習狀態(tài),對成人學習者的學習大有幫助,也是廣大成人教育工作者實現(xiàn)有效教學,提高成人教育質量的重要保證。
[Abstract]:The study of learning motivation is an important topic in learning psychology, because learning motivation is the core component of non-intellectual factors, which is closely related to the quality and level of adult learning. How to cultivate and maintain the appropriate learning motivation of adult learners so that they can maintain a good learning state is of great help to adult learners' learning, and it is also an effective teaching for adult educators. An important guarantee to improve the quality of adult education.
