加強(qiáng)金融業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)評(píng)估的思考

【摘要】:正知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,作為人力資源管理的一個(gè)重要手段--培訓(xùn),已越來越受到各級(jí)組織的重視,員工培訓(xùn)不僅能持續(xù)提升員工的知識(shí)、技能與工作態(tài)度,而且能為組織提供強(qiáng)有力的人力資源保障。人民銀行歷來重視員工的教育培訓(xùn),并隨著金融體制改革的深入和職能的調(diào)整,不斷更新和調(diào)整培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,使員工的整體素質(zhì)能適應(yīng)職能調(diào)整和形勢(shì)及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要。但是,培訓(xùn)是否具有針對(duì)性,對(duì)工作的推動(dòng)或整體員工隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的提高發(fā)揮了多大的作用等培訓(xùn)的績(jī)效問題,對(duì)從事培訓(xùn)工作的人或單位來說,都是一個(gè)難以說清的事情。如果能對(duì)培訓(xùn)作一個(gè)科學(xué)的評(píng)估,就能了解培訓(xùn)是否真正有效。因此,評(píng)估是不可忽視的。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, as an important means of human resource management, training has been paid more and more attention by organizations at all levels. And can provide strong human resource safeguard for organization. The people's Bank of China has always attached great importance to the education and training of employees, and with the deepening of the reform of financial system and the adjustment of its functions, it has constantly updated and adjusted the contents of the training, so that the overall quality of employees can meet the needs of the adjustment of functions, the situation and the development of business. However, whether the training has the pertinence, the promotion to the work or how much the improvement of the quality of the whole staff has played the training performance question, it is difficult to say clearly to the person or the unit which is engaged in the training work. If you can make a scientific evaluation of training, you can understand whether training is really effective. Therefore, evaluation should not be ignored.
