【摘要】：為了迎接知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的挑戰(zhàn),西部企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中越來越注重人力資源的開發(fā)與管理,重視對(duì)員工進(jìn)行持續(xù)性新技能培訓(xùn)與知識(shí)更新。企業(yè)培訓(xùn)師是特殊的知識(shí)型群體,培訓(xùn)師的能力、責(zé)任、素質(zhì)直接影響著企業(yè)人力資源的開發(fā)質(zhì)量。職業(yè)化是企業(yè)培訓(xùn)師管理的新模式,是提高企業(yè)素質(zhì)的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the challenge of knowledge economy, enterprises in western China pay more and more attention to the development and management of human resources, and pay more attention to the training of new skills and the renewal of knowledge. Enterprise trainer is a special knowledge group. The ability, responsibility and quality of trainers directly affect the development quality of enterprise human resources. Professionalization is a new mode of management of enterprise trainers and an important way to improve the quality of enterprises.
