【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)北京市878名在培智學(xué)校就讀的智力落后學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)問(wèn)題的調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)北京市智力落后學(xué)生體型偏瘦的為48%,偏胖及肥胖的達(dá)到29.9%,“雙峰現(xiàn)象”明顯。(2)青春后期及以后,智力落后學(xué)生偏胖及肥胖的比例高于40%,體重增加過(guò)快。(3)在不同程度或不同性別的智力落后學(xué)生中,體型偏瘦是排在第一位的營(yíng)養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,排在營(yíng)養(yǎng)過(guò)剩位于第二位,但在不同的群體中有差異。(4)智力落后學(xué)生身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)及維爾維克指數(shù)隨年齡增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)與普通學(xué)生基本一致;智力落后學(xué)生身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)及維爾維克指數(shù)在各年齡段的均值并沒(méi)有表現(xiàn)出男高于女的特點(diǎn),與普通學(xué)生不同;在8-18歲間,智力落后學(xué)生各年齡段的身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)及維爾維克指數(shù)的均值高于普通學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:The nutritional problems of 878 mentally retarded students in Beijing are investigated. The results show that: (1) the students with mental retardation in Beijing are 48 thin, 29.9 overweight and obese. The bimodal phenomenon was obvious. (2) in the later stage of youth and after, the proportion of students with mental retardation was higher than 40, and the weight increased too quickly. (3) among the students with different degrees or gender of mental retardation, Lean size is the number one nutritional problem, and the second place is overnourishment. But there are differences in different groups. (4) the growth trend of body mass index and Wilwick index of mentally retarded students with age is basically the same as that of ordinary students; The average body mass index and Wilwick index of students with mental retardation did not show the characteristics of male being higher than female in all ages, which were different from ordinary students. Between 8 and 18 years of age, the average body mass index and Wilwick index of students with mental retardation were higher than those of ordinary students.
