【摘要】：自改革開放以來,少數(shù)民族兒童受教育權(quán)實施取得可喜的成績,但權(quán)利實施的深度、廣度及現(xiàn)狀仍存在諸多的問題有待解決。因此,關(guān)注少數(shù)民族兒童受教育權(quán)實現(xiàn)的程度,并從制度、法律、教育資源等方面探討如何促進和保護其權(quán)利的充分實現(xiàn),這不僅關(guān)系到民族教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,而且體現(xiàn)了國家對少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的人文關(guān)懷,也是社會和諧發(fā)展的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, minority children's right to education has made gratifying achievements, but there are still many problems to be solved in the depth, breadth and current situation of the implementation of the right. Therefore, we should pay attention to the degree of realization of the right to education of minority children, and discuss how to promote and protect the full realization of their rights from the aspects of system, law and educational resources, which is not only related to the development of national education, It also reflects the country's humanistic concern for minority areas and is an important part of the harmonious development of society.
