【摘要】：隨著成人高等教育規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展,成人高等教育一方面要為適應經濟和社會發(fā)展對各類人才的需求,向多層次、多規(guī)格、多形式的方向發(fā)展,辦學規(guī)模逐步擴大,辦學方式呈多樣化；另一方面要努力提高教育質量,辦出成人教育的特色,培養(yǎng)合格人才,這是成人教育的一個根本問題。新形勢下加強成人教學督導工作,是適應發(fā)展成人教育事業(yè)的需要。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of adult higher education scale, on the one hand, adult higher education should, in order to meet the needs of economic and social development for all kinds of talents, develop in a multi-level, multi-specification and multi-form direction, and the scale of running a school will be gradually expanded. On the other hand, it is a fundamental problem to improve the quality of education, to develop the characteristics of adult education and to train qualified talents. Under the new situation, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of adult education to meet the needs of the development of adult education.
