【摘要】：基于中國(guó)教育衛(wèi)星寬帶傳輸網(wǎng)以及中國(guó)教育和科研計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育傳輸平臺(tái),促進(jìn)了遠(yuǎn)程教育規(guī)模的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,規(guī)模與質(zhì)量的關(guān)系成為值得關(guān)注的重要問(wèn)題。以中國(guó)廣播電視大學(xué)系統(tǒng)為例,雙重控制機(jī)制及“五統(tǒng)一”原則,是在擴(kuò)大規(guī)模的前提下控制遠(yuǎn)程教育質(zhì)量的保證。
[Abstract]:The transmission platform of modern distance education based on Chinese education satellite broadband transmission network and China education and scientific research computer network has promoted the further expansion of distance education scale. The relationship between scale and quality has become an important issue worthy of attention.Taking the system of China Radio and Television University as an example, the double control mechanism and the principle of "five Unification" are the guarantee to control the quality of distance education under the premise of enlarging the scale.
