Applications of Psychological Types in Chinese Higher Educat

研究有以下目的:1、了解中國(guó)學(xué)生的個(gè)性類型和個(gè)性特征;2、考察其個(gè)性類型與個(gè)性特征是否與其專業(yè)選擇的方式有關(guān)系;3、探究能使學(xué)生能高效學(xué)習(xí)并獲得出色成績(jī)的相關(guān)專業(yè)偏好或?qū)W習(xí)風(fēng)格。 首先,本研究的觀點(diǎn)有別于中國(guó)的研究人員。他們指出沒有興趣了解中國(guó)學(xué)生的個(gè)性特征,并認(rèn)為那不過是死讀書。而本研究認(rèn)為非常有必要對(duì)中國(guó)學(xué)生加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo),因?yàn)檫@樣可以更好地了解中國(guó)學(xué)生各方面的特點(diǎn),讓他們有機(jī)會(huì)根據(jù)自身的個(gè)性類型進(jìn)行自我發(fā)現(xiàn),并且可根據(jù)該研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行課程安排或可能的課程改革。本研究以來自南京11所高校的1190名一年級(jí)本科生為研究對(duì)象,以MBTI為測(cè)驗(yàn)工具,考察他們的個(gè)性特征和類型以及其行為方式。 描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示,除了ENFJ類型,該研究在本科新生中發(fā)現(xiàn)其他所有的個(gè)性類型。內(nèi)向型、感覺型、思維型和判斷型的學(xué)生在中國(guó)學(xué)生中占多數(shù),ISTJ類型的學(xué)生所占的比例最多。各T檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在外向型、直覺型和情感型的學(xué)生中存在性別差異,女生的外向程度要比男生高。但是在內(nèi)向型、知覺型、思維型、判斷型和感知型的學(xué)生中卻不存在這種性別差異。交叉列聯(lián)表和卡方檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果顯示,男生選擇男性比較擅長(zhǎng)的專業(yè),女生選...
