中國(guó)海外留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)研究

隨著通訊技術(shù)和交通技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,世界范圍內(nèi)的全球化現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)遍及到教育領(lǐng)域。教育全球化為許多人異國(guó)求學(xué)提供了良好的機(jī)遇。留學(xué)生的大量涌現(xiàn)是教育全球化的典型代表。中國(guó)作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,過(guò)去幾十年在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。中國(guó)海外留學(xué)生作為迅速壯大的群體,也越來(lái)越受到學(xué)術(shù)界的普遍關(guān)注。為深入調(diào)查中國(guó)留學(xué)生的異域生活,本文針對(duì)他們的跨文化適應(yīng)進(jìn)行了詳盡研究。本文以Kalvero Oberg的文化休克、Sverre Lysgaard的U型跨文化適應(yīng)模式、Yong Yun Kim的壓力—適應(yīng)—成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)跨文化適應(yīng)模式、John W. Berry的融合—同化—隔離—邊緣化四種適應(yīng)策略、Yong Yun Kim的跨文化適應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)模式和Stella Ting-Toomey的既有因素為理論框架,首先對(duì)“中國(guó)海外留學(xué)生”和“跨文化適應(yīng)”兩個(gè)核心概念進(jìn)行了理論界定,然后提出了貫穿全文始終的三個(gè)研究問(wèn)題。第一,中國(guó)海外留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的普遍性和相似性是什么;第二,中國(guó)海外留學(xué)生在跨文化適應(yīng)過(guò)程中都采取了哪些適應(yīng)策略,哪種策略最受歡迎;第三,中國(guó)海外留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)受到哪些內(nèi)部因素和外部因素的影響,這些...
