【摘要】：累積優(yōu)勢指某一個(gè)人或群體相對于另一個(gè)人或群體的優(yōu)勢隨時(shí)間而累積。累積優(yōu)勢作為一種維持甚至擴(kuò)大不平等的機(jī)制,既普遍存在于社會生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,又具有跨領(lǐng)域傳遞和轉(zhuǎn)化的特征。通過分析近年來與高等教育有關(guān)的熱點(diǎn)——主要是重點(diǎn)大學(xué)農(nóng)村生源減少現(xiàn)象和大學(xué)畢業(yè)生低收入聚居現(xiàn)象,初步論證了在城鄉(xiāng)不平等代際延續(xù)過程中累積優(yōu)勢機(jī)制所扮演的重要角色。
