【摘要】：大學組織的經(jīng)濟性指大學在使用和分配各種資源時,要以效用最大化為核心、以理性選擇為向度、以道德規(guī)范為約束的特性,目的是提高大學組織產(chǎn)出的經(jīng)濟效益。其中,市場經(jīng)濟體制、政府管理模式、大學組織間競爭影響了大學組織經(jīng)濟性的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟功能的彰顯一方面加速了大學發(fā)展,但另一方面也導致了大學組織的異化傾向。為此,大學組織經(jīng)濟功能的發(fā)揮要以提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和效率為核心,以合理規(guī)制市場發(fā)揮的范圍為邊界,以堅持公益性和公平性要求為原則。
[Abstract]:The economy of university organization refers to the characteristics of the university's use and distribution of various resources with the aim of improving the economic benefit of the university organization's output by taking the maximization of utility as the core, taking rational selection as the direction, and taking moral norms as the constraint. Among them, market economy system, government management mode, inter-organization competition of universities affect the generation and development of university organization economy. On the one hand, the presentation of economic function accelerates the development of university, but on the other hand, it also leads to the tendency of university organizations. Therefore, the development of the economic function of the university organization should be focused on improving the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation, taking reasonable regulation of the scope of market play as the boundary, and the principle of adhering to the requirements of public welfare and fairness.
