【摘要】：我國高校助學(xué)體系已基本形成,但是目前的高校助學(xué)體系還存在強調(diào)經(jīng)濟資助,忽略育人成才;強調(diào)給予,忽略回饋;強調(diào)學(xué)生權(quán)利,忽略學(xué)生義務(wù)與責(zé)任;強調(diào)國家責(zé)任,忽視高校、社會的參與等方面的不足。因此,我國高校助學(xué)體系的理念應(yīng)從助學(xué)向育人與成才轉(zhuǎn)變;從學(xué)生單一權(quán)利向?qū)W生權(quán)利與義務(wù)的統(tǒng)一轉(zhuǎn)變;機制應(yīng)從助學(xué)的單向給予向?qū)W生回報國家、高校、社會相結(jié)合的交互轉(zhuǎn)變;從單一的國家資助向國家、高校、社會全面參與轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The student aid system in colleges and universities in our country has been basically formed, but there are still some shortcomings in the current university student aid system, such as emphasizing economic aid, neglecting the education of talents, emphasizing giving, neglecting feedback, emphasizing students' rights, neglecting students' obligations and responsibilities, emphasizing state responsibility, neglecting the participation of colleges and universities, and so on. Therefore, the concept of student aid system in colleges and universities in our country should change from student assistance to education and talent; from students' single right to the unity of students' rights and obligations; from the one-way giving of student assistance to the interactive transformation of students' return to the country, universities and society; from a single state financial aid to the state, colleges and universities, and for the society to participate in it in an all-round way.
