【摘要】：雷鋒是產(chǎn)生于社會主義時代的偉大人物,雷鋒精神植根于社會主義新中國的沃土,錘煉于社會主義建設(shè)火熱實(shí)踐中,它源于平凡,卻又趨向崇高,包含著中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德和歷史文化精華,體現(xiàn)了同人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系,體現(xiàn)了平凡崗位上的偉大實(shí)踐。雷鋒和雷鋒精神感染和激勵了一代代平凡又偉大的社會主義新人,成為全國人民共同遵循的精神象征和價值坐標(biāo)。 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化浪潮發(fā)展迅猛,改革逐步進(jìn)入攻堅(jiān)階段,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等現(xiàn)代科技手段日益融入到社會生活之中,由此形成和帶來一系列社會思潮、思想觀念、行為方式等,對社會主義意識形態(tài)形成了巨大的沖擊,為高校思想政治教育提出了新的嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。高校作為社會人才培養(yǎng)的搖籃,承載著對作為優(yōu)秀民族精神--雷鋒精神的培育與弘揚(yáng)的重任,加強(qiáng)雷鋒精神在高校中的培育是時代的要求,是思想政治教育內(nèi)容與方法創(chuàng)新的需求,是大學(xué)生成功成才的需要。然而當(dāng)前在高校中雷鋒精神的培育狀況并不樂觀,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生自身理想信念淡漠,信仰危機(jī)嚴(yán)重、人生觀價值觀迷茫,內(nèi)心道德模糊,而高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)機(jī)械化,對雷鋒精神的重視度不高、輔導(dǎo)員及教師隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的不高、校園文化環(huán)境缺乏時代感等問題嚴(yán)重影響了雷鋒精神在高校中的傳承與弘揚(yáng)。高校作為古今中外文化的薈萃之地,其精神風(fēng)貌和文化內(nèi)涵對大學(xué)生的成才之路有著極其重要的影響,積極培育高校雷鋒精神有利于大學(xué)生集體主義、為人民服務(wù)的價值觀的樹立,有利于大學(xué)生崇高理想與信念的培育,有利于大學(xué)生黨員正確群眾觀的樹立。 雷鋒精神不可能在學(xué)生中自發(fā)地產(chǎn)生,因此,灌輸教育是雷鋒精神培育不可缺少的環(huán)節(jié),然而,單純的灌輸已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育的要求,進(jìn)行高校思想政治教育理論課的方法創(chuàng)新顯得尤為重要,同時推進(jìn)雷鋒精神培育方法的科學(xué)化、現(xiàn)代化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、人性化,緊扣時代脈搏,唯有此才能使雷鋒精神永葆生機(jī),才能使雷鋒精神真正走近大學(xué)生并成為他們永不磨滅的精神燈塔。
[Abstract]:Lei Feng is a great figure born in the socialist era. Lei Feng's spirit is rooted in the fertile soil of socialist new China and tempered in the hot practice of socialist construction. It originates from ordinary, but tends to be noble. It contains the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the essence of history and culture, embodies the flesh and blood relationship with the masses of the people, and reflects the great practice in ordinary posts. Lei Feng and Lei Feng have infected and inspired generations of ordinary and great socialist newcomers and become the spiritual symbols and value coordinates that the people of the whole country follow together. In the 21st century, the wave of economic globalization has developed rapidly, the reform has gradually entered the stage of tackling key problems, and modern scientific and technological means, such as the Internet, have been increasingly integrated into social life, thus forming and bringing a series of social thoughts, ideas, behavior, and so on. It has formed a great impact on socialist ideology and put forward a new severe challenge for ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As the cradle of social personnel training, colleges and universities bear the important task of cultivating and carrying forward Lei Feng's spirit as an excellent national spirit. It is the requirement of the times to strengthen the cultivation of Lei Feng's spirit in colleges and universities. It is the demand of ideological and political education content and method innovation, and the need of college students to become successful. However, the cultivation of Lei Feng's spirit in colleges and universities is not optimistic. At present, college students are indifferent to their own ideals and beliefs, serious crisis of belief, confused values of outlook on life, vague inner morality, and mechanization of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities. The low attention to Lei Feng spirit, the low quality of counselors and teachers, and the lack of sense of the times in campus cultural environment have seriously affected the inheritance and promotion of Lei Feng spirit in colleges and universities. As a gathering place of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign cultures, the spiritual style and cultural connotation of colleges and universities have an extremely important influence on the road of college students to become talents. Actively cultivating Lei Feng's spirit in colleges and universities is beneficial to college students' collectivism. The establishment of the values of serving the people is beneficial to the cultivation of college students' lofty ideals and beliefs, and to the establishment of the correct mass view of college students' party members. Lei Feng's spirit can not be produced spontaneously among the students. Therefore, indoctrination education is an indispensable link in the cultivation of Lei Feng's spirit. However, simple indoctrination has been unable to meet the requirements of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is particularly important to innovate the method of ideological and political education theory course in colleges and universities. at the same time, it is particularly important to promote the scientific, modern, networked and humanized methods of cultivating Lei Feng's spirit, which is the only way to keep Lei Feng spirit alive forever. Only in order to make Lei Feng spirit really approach college students and become their eternal spiritual beacon.
