我國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力現(xiàn)狀及教育建議

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論認(rèn)為,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力并不是正式組織中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者所專有的能力,,而是關(guān)乎到每位社會(huì)人的事情。大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的目的在于提高大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的培養(yǎng)對(duì)于大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)是重要的,并具有很大程度的必要性。國(guó)內(nèi)外有學(xué)者運(yùn)用了定性與定量的研究方法,論證了大學(xué)生是具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力潛質(zhì)的。論文借鑒了中國(guó)科學(xué)院“科技領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究”課題組,在2006年對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力所做研究的主要結(jié)論,對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行論述。論文充分參閱了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并選取長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)的五所高校(湖南大學(xué)、湖南師范大學(xué)、長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)、湖南商學(xué)院、湖南財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院),進(jìn)行了大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力訪談。對(duì)相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行綜合分析與論證的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出我國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的基本現(xiàn)狀,以及大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平與影響因素之間的關(guān)系。我國(guó)大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力處于中上等水平;大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平與大學(xué)生的年級(jí)、年齡呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;文科類大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平要高于理工科大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平;城鎮(zhèn)大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平要高于農(nóng)村大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平;班級(jí)成績(jī)排名靠前的大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平一般會(huì)高于班級(jí)成績(jī)排名靠后的大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平;學(xué)生干部的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平要高于非學(xué)生干部的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平。根據(jù)大學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力存在的主要問(wèn)題(大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力相關(guān)理論知識(shí)匱乏;大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識(shí)不強(qiáng)烈;激勵(lì)與溝通能力欠佳、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特質(zhì)欠佳;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過(guò)程缺乏科學(xué)性與藝術(shù)性),文章提出了具有一定創(chuàng)新性、針對(duì)性與可行性的教育建議,即設(shè)置大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu),選拔專業(yè)指導(dǎo)老師;將領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力課程納入高校課程體系,全面教育與重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)相結(jié)合;優(yōu)化家庭教育,促進(jìn)個(gè)體全面發(fā)展及凈化社會(huì)風(fēng)氣;注重校際、校企合作,在實(shí)踐中提升大學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。
[Abstract]:Modern leadership theory holds that leadership is not the exclusive ability of leaders in a formal organization, but a matter for everyone in society. The purpose of the leadership cultivation of college students is to improve their leadership ability. The cultivation of leadership is important for college students and is necessary to a great extent. Some scholars at home and abroad have used qualitative and quantitative research methods to demonstrate that college students have leadership potential. This paper draws lessons from the research group of Science and Technology leadership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and discusses the related problems in 2006. The thesis has fully consulted the relevant literature on leadership, and selected five universities in Changsha (Hunan University, Hunan normal University, Changsha University of Technology, Hunan Business School, Hunan Institute of Finance and Economics). A questionnaire survey of college students' leadership and interviews with college students' leadership were conducted. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and argumentation of relevant materials, this paper sums up the basic status quo of college students' leadership in China, and the relationship between the level of college students' leadership and the influencing factors. There is a positive correlation between the leadership level of college students and the grade and age of college students, and the leadership level of liberal arts students is higher than that of science and engineering students. The leadership level of urban college students is higher than that of rural college students, the leadership level of the students with the highest class achievement rank is generally higher than that of the lower class students. The leadership level of student cadres is higher than that of non-student cadres. According to the main problems of university leadership (lack of relevant theoretical knowledge of leadership of college students, the leadership awareness of college students is not strong, motivation and communication ability is poor, leadership characteristics are poor; The paper puts forward some innovative, targeted and feasible educational suggestions, that is, setting up leadership training institutions for college students and selecting professional guidance teachers. The course of leadership is integrated into the curriculum system of colleges and universities, the comprehensive education is combined with the key training; the family education is optimized to promote the overall development of the individual and purify the social atmosphere; the cooperation between schools and enterprises is paid attention to, and the college students' leadership is promoted in practice.
