【摘要】：研究生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的流失既有制度原因也有經(jīng)濟原因。構(gòu)建研究生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)監(jiān)管的博弈模型,分析影響博弈模型納什均衡的因素,指出研究生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)增值的不確定性使研究生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)界定具有漸進性,研究生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的均衡狀態(tài)是暫時的,因此,研究生有流失知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的激勵和動機,高校必須加強監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:The loss of graduate intellectual property rights has both institutional and economic reasons. This paper constructs a game model of graduate intellectual property supervision, analyzes the factors influencing Nash equilibrium of game model, and points out that the uncertainty of graduate intellectual property appreciation makes graduate intellectual property definition gradual. The equilibrium state of graduate intellectual property is temporary, therefore, graduate students have incentive and motivation to lose intellectual property, so colleges and universities must strengthen supervision.
