新時(shí)期高校德育師生主體際關(guān)系的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:高校育師生之間出現(xiàn)了關(guān)系冷漠、對(duì)抗和功利化趨向,這直接地影響了高校德育工作的實(shí)效性,而產(chǎn)生這一現(xiàn)象最根本的原因就是師生間存在的傳統(tǒng)主客二元論。在近代哲學(xué)研究中,人們?nèi)找嬲J(rèn)識(shí)到了人在實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中的主體地位,將主、客體區(qū)分開來(lái),但這一哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)體現(xiàn)在高校德育工作中則使師生雙方只強(qiáng)調(diào)自身主體地位而使雙方關(guān)系緊張,導(dǎo)致主體間性的喪失。因此,本文以胡塞爾、哈貝馬斯、馬克思的主體際思想為理論基礎(chǔ),在實(shí)際調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了一些當(dāng)今高校德育師生關(guān)系中所存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行了分析。提出了構(gòu)建新型的高校德育師生間主體際關(guān)系的具體途徑。 本文對(duì)不同學(xué)校不同專業(yè)的教師和學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,主要以問(wèn)卷的形式通過(guò)高校師生德育交往的獨(dú)立性、統(tǒng)一性和相關(guān)性三大維度,對(duì)新時(shí)期高校德育師生交往的關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了了解,并對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果顯示目前高校德育師生交往關(guān)系間存在著很多的問(wèn)題。 本文的主要內(nèi)容包括:第一部分,前言。主要包括問(wèn)題的起源、國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀、選題意義以及整體的研究思路和方法;第二部分,主體際相關(guān)概念解析。主要對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于主體、主體際關(guān)系的界定進(jìn)行了梳理,并總結(jié)出師生主體際關(guān)系的定義;第三部分,通過(guò)對(duì)目前高校中的德育師生關(guān)系進(jìn)行調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前高校德育師生關(guān)系所存在的問(wèn)題,并分析其原因;第四部分,強(qiáng)調(diào)了新時(shí)期構(gòu)建高校德育師生主體際關(guān)系的必要性和基本原則;第五部分,通過(guò)以上的分析,嘗試著提出新時(shí)期高校德育師生主體際關(guān)系的建設(shè)途徑。
[Abstract]:There is a tendency of indifference, confrontation and utilitarianism between teachers and students in colleges and universities, which directly affects the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities, and the most fundamental reason for this phenomenon is the traditional dualism of subject and object between teachers and students. In the study of modern philosophy, people are increasingly aware of the subjective position of human beings in practical activities, and distinguish the subject from the object. However, this philosophical basis is embodied in the moral education work in colleges and universities, which makes teachers and students only emphasize their own subjective status and make the relationship between them tense, resulting in the loss of inter-subjectivity. Therefore, based on the intersubjectivity thought of Husserl, Habermas and Marx, and on the basis of actual investigation, this paper puts forward some problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities, and analyzes its causes. This paper puts forward the concrete ways to construct the new relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities. This paper investigates teachers and students of different specialties in different schools, mainly through three dimensions of independence, unity and relevance of moral education communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities. The present situation of the relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities in the new period is understood, and the relevant data are analyzed. The results show that there are many problems in the relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities at present. The main content of this paper includes: the first part, preface. Mainly includes the origin of the problem, domestic and foreign research status, the significance of the topic as well as the overall research ideas and methods; the second part, inter-subjectivity related concepts analysis. The definition of the subject and the relationship between the subject and the subject is summarized, and the definition of the relationship between teachers and students is summarized. The third part, through the investigation of the relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities, finds out the problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities, and analyzes its causes. The fourth part emphasizes the necessity and basic principle of constructing the relationship between teachers and students in the new period of moral education in colleges and universities. The fifth part, through the above analysis, tries to put forward the construction way of the relationship between teachers and students in the new period of moral education in colleges and universities.
