【摘要】：高等教育通向農村是提高我國農村勞動力素質、培養(yǎng)新型農民、促進城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的必要途徑。推進高等教育通向農村,應建立服務于城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的高等教育體系;促進產學研有機結合,培養(yǎng)適應城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的高層次人才;使農村高等教育的布局和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展相協(xié)調;加大對高等教育通向農村的政策扶持力度,使高等教育通向農村真正服務于城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Higher education to rural areas is a necessary way to improve the quality of rural labor force, cultivate new farmers and promote the overall development of urban and rural areas. To promote higher education to rural areas, we should establish a higher education system that serves the overall development of urban and rural areas, promote the organic combination of production, education and research, and train high-level talents who can adapt to the overall development of urban and rural areas. The distribution of higher education in rural areas is coordinated with the overall development of urban and rural areas, and the policy support for higher education to rural areas is increased, so that higher education can truly serve the overall development of urban and rural areas.
