【摘要】：文化是大學(xué)的根本所在,大學(xué)的發(fā)展以自身所在的文化傳統(tǒng)環(huán)境氛圍為依托,建立在自身文化發(fā)展歷史基礎(chǔ)之上,同時(shí)又不可避免地要受到社會(huì)文化與外來文化的影響。當(dāng)今高等教育國(guó)際化作為一種愈演愈烈的趨勢(shì),要求各個(gè)國(guó)家的大學(xué)參與其中,通過多種國(guó)際交流與合作形式發(fā)展自身,在各種文化的交匯與融合過程中,作為文化交流的主要陣地,大學(xué)要自覺處理好外來文化、自身文化與社會(huì)文化的關(guān)系,在吸收和借鑒外來文化發(fā)展自身大學(xué)文化的同時(shí),更要在繼承自身文化的基礎(chǔ)上堅(jiān)守社會(huì)主流文化,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)社會(huì)文化的引領(lǐng)以及文化價(jià)值觀的重建,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)自身文化的發(fā)展和社會(huì)文化的繁榮。 本研究在分析高等教育國(guó)際化進(jìn)程中我國(guó)大學(xué)文化境遇的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)文化走向和大學(xué)文化建設(shè)問題進(jìn)行思考,指出高等教育國(guó)際化通過一系列的國(guó)際化交流與合作以及人才培養(yǎng)等活動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)帶來了機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也在一定程度上對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)帶來了負(fù)面影響。如何借鑒外來文化實(shí)現(xiàn)自身文化的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新,堅(jiān)持和而不同的立場(chǎng),在國(guó)際化中形成我國(guó)大學(xué)文化的特色并對(duì)外傳播我國(guó)大學(xué)文化是我們的大學(xué)文化的應(yīng)然走向,但在高等教育國(guó)際化進(jìn)程中我國(guó)大學(xué)文化實(shí)然走向則表明,我國(guó)大學(xué)文化出現(xiàn)了對(duì)自身文化認(rèn)同不足、文化自信缺失和對(duì)他源文化的依附等一系列問題,通過對(duì)不自覺的大學(xué)文化走向的原因進(jìn)行分析,從哲學(xué)、文化學(xué)和社會(huì)學(xué)等跨學(xué)科視角,在已有“文化自覺”的理論基礎(chǔ)上提出“大學(xué)文化自覺”這一理念及所包含的內(nèi)容,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)大學(xué)文化自覺進(jìn)行思考的基礎(chǔ)上,指出當(dāng)今大學(xué)文化自覺具有的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)在邏輯和對(duì)當(dāng)今大學(xué)發(fā)展具有的重要意義,結(jié)合我國(guó)大學(xué)自身的文化特色和所處的社會(huì)文化環(huán)境,提出推進(jìn)我國(guó)大學(xué)文化自覺應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的基本原則、價(jià)值指向和現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑選擇,最后對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代大學(xué)建設(shè)進(jìn)行展望,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)大學(xué)文化走出中國(guó),走向世界的美好愿景。
[Abstract]:Culture is the root of the university. The development of the university is based on its own cultural traditional environment, based on its own cultural development history, and inevitably influenced by social culture and foreign culture at the same time. The internationalization of higher education as a growing trend requires universities from various countries to participate in it, develop themselves through various forms of international exchange and cooperation, and in the process of the intersection and integration of various cultures, As the main position of cultural exchange, universities should consciously handle foreign culture, the relationship between their own culture and social culture, and at the same time absorb and learn from foreign culture to develop their own university culture. On the basis of inheriting their own culture, we should stick to the mainstream culture of society, realize the guidance of social culture and the reconstruction of cultural values, and finally realize the development of our own culture and the prosperity of social culture. On the basis of analyzing the cultural situation of Chinese universities in the process of internationalization of higher education, this study thinks about the trend of university culture and the construction of university culture in China. It is pointed out that internationalization of higher education brings opportunities to the construction of university culture in China through a series of international exchanges and cooperation as well as training of talents and so on. At the same time, it also brings negative influence to the construction of university culture in China to a certain extent. How to use foreign culture for reference to realize the development and innovation of our own culture, to adhere to the position of harmony but different, to form the characteristics of our university culture in the process of internationalization and to spread our university culture to the outside are the necessary trend of our university culture. However, in the process of internationalization of higher education, the actual trend of university culture in our country shows that there are a series of problems in our university culture, such as insufficient cultural identity, lack of cultural self-confidence and dependence on other source culture, etc. By analyzing the causes of the unconsciousness of university culture, from the perspective of philosophy, culturology and sociology, and on the basis of the existing theory of "cultural consciousness", this paper puts forward the concept of "university cultural consciousness" and its contents. On the basis of further thinking on the university cultural consciousness, the paper points out the characteristics, internal logic and important significance to the development of the university culture. Combined with the cultural characteristics of our universities and the social and cultural environment, this paper puts forward the basic principles, value orientation and realistic path to promote the university culture consciousness in our country. Finally, it looks forward to the construction of modern socialist universities in China. In order to achieve the Chinese university culture out of China, to the world's beautiful vision.
