【摘要】：思想政治教育有三種傳統(tǒng)模式，即主客二分思想政治教育模式、主體性思想政治教育模式和主體間性思想政治教育模式。通過對(duì)不同歷史時(shí)期思想政治教育模式的繼承和批判，直至發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的交往式思想政治教育模式。交往式思想政治教育模式是一種更加全面的思想政治教育模式，其吸納了傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育模式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，摒棄了傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育模式的不足。進(jìn)而，交往式思想政治教育模式在進(jìn)行思想政治教育過程中占據(jù)了更多地優(yōu)勢(shì)。交往式思想政治教育是以教育者與受教育者以交往實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ)，，通過教育和自我教育、交流與溝通，相互影響接受社會(huì)主流的意識(shí)形態(tài)、道德規(guī)范和思想觀念。從而形成符合社會(huì)所需要的思想品德并促進(jìn)個(gè)人全面發(fā)展的教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。高校輔導(dǎo)員在進(jìn)行思想政治教育工作中體現(xiàn)了一種很強(qiáng)的交往實(shí)踐性。因此，更適用于高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作性質(zhì)，也更適合采用交往式思想政治教育模式。同時(shí)，印證了交往式思想政治教育模式在對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育過程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位，從而也體現(xiàn)了高校輔導(dǎo)員在交往式思想政治教育過程中的價(jià)值。本文通過四個(gè)部分對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員交往式思想政治教育進(jìn)行研究。首先，針對(duì)交往式思想政治教育進(jìn)行概述。其中對(duì)交往式思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵、本質(zhì)及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行表述。其次，第二部分論述了高校輔導(dǎo)員運(yùn)用交往式思想政治教育的重要性。其中，通過對(duì)回顧高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作方式引發(fā)出高校輔導(dǎo)員運(yùn)用交往式思想政治教育的必要性。對(duì)交往式思想政治教育的可行性進(jìn)行闡述。再次，第三部分對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員交往式思想政治教育工作的理念、原則及方法展開論述。高校輔導(dǎo)員應(yīng)遵循馬克思交往實(shí)踐觀的理論基礎(chǔ)；高校輔導(dǎo)員在進(jìn)行交往式思想政治教育時(shí)要堅(jiān)持主導(dǎo)原則；高校輔導(dǎo)員的教育方法必須改變灌輸放任式教育實(shí)現(xiàn)主體能動(dòng)性；融合情理，和諧互動(dòng)；最終運(yùn)用對(duì)話溝通的教育方法。最后，也就是第四部分對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員的交往式思想政治教育路徑進(jìn)行論述。這部分通過三方面進(jìn)行論述，第一方面要堅(jiān)持“以生為本”的基本理念；第二方面要注重學(xué)生全面發(fā)展與社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展相統(tǒng)一的價(jià)值目標(biāo)，即個(gè)人價(jià)值目標(biāo)和社會(huì)價(jià)值目標(biāo)；第三方面高校輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行交往式思想政治教育具體實(shí)施手段。
[Abstract]:There are three traditional modes of ideological and political education, namely, subjective and objective ideological and political education, subjective ideological and political education and inter-subjective ideological and political education. Through inheriting and criticizing the mode of ideological and political education in different historical periods, it develops to the present communicative mode of ideological and political education. The communicative mode of ideological and political education is a more comprehensive mode of ideological and political education, which absorbs the advantages of the traditional mode of ideological and political education and abandons the shortcomings of the traditional mode of ideological and political education. Furthermore, the communicative mode of ideological and political education occupies more advantages in the process of ideological and political education. The communicative ideological and political education is based on the communication practice between the educator and the educatee. Through education and self-education, communication and communication, the ideology, moral standard and ideological concept of accepting the mainstream of the society are influenced by each other. In order to form the ideological and moral character in line with the needs of society and to promote the overall development of the individual education practice. College counselors in ideological and political education reflect a strong practical interaction. Therefore, it is more suitable for the work nature of college counselors and the communicative mode of ideological and political education. At the same time, it confirms the dominant position of the communicative mode of ideological and political education in the process of ideological and political education for students, thus reflecting the value of college counselors in the process of communicative ideological and political education. This paper studies the ideological and political education of college counselors in four parts. First of all, the author summarizes the communicative ideological and political education. Among them, the connotation, essence and characteristics of communicative ideological and political education are described. Secondly, the second part discusses the importance of using communicative ideological and political education for college counselors. Among them, it is necessary for college counselors to use communicative ideological and political education through reviewing the working style of college counselors. The feasibility of communicative ideological and political education is expounded. Thirdly, the third part discusses the ideas, principles and methods of the ideological and political education of college counselors. College counselors should follow the theoretical basis of Marx's concept of communication practice; college counselors should adhere to the leading principle when carrying out communicative ideological and political education; the educational methods of college counselors must change the educational methods of instilling laissez-faire education to realize the subject's initiative. Fusion of reason, harmonious interaction; finally, the use of dialogue and communication of the education method. Finally, the fourth part discusses the ideological and political education path of college counselors. This part is discussed in three aspects: first, we should adhere to the basic idea of "student-oriented"; second, we should pay attention to the value goal of students' all-round development and social harmonious development, namely individual value goal and social value goal; Third, college counselors carry out communicative ideological and political education for students.
