【摘要】：大學(xué)時(shí)代是對(duì)人的一生發(fā)展起決定作用的時(shí)期,而這一時(shí)期對(duì)大學(xué)生影響最大的莫過(guò)于高校教師。教師的責(zé)任就是教人做人,而對(duì)待責(zé)任的態(tài)度即可體現(xiàn)為責(zé)任心。責(zé)任心是高校教師應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的最重要的素質(zhì)。當(dāng)前,教師在責(zé)任心方面存在著諸多普遍性問(wèn)題,出現(xiàn)了種種沖突,時(shí)代呼喚高校教師站在國(guó)家、民族未來(lái)的高度提升教育事業(yè)責(zé)任心,增強(qiáng)責(zé)任意識(shí),培養(yǎng)責(zé)任情感。
[Abstract]:The university age is a decisive period for the development of a person's life, and this period has the greatest influence on college students than college teachers. Teacher's responsibility is to teach people to be a person, and the attitude towards responsibility can be reflected as a sense of responsibility. The sense of responsibility is the most important quality that university teachers should possess. At present, there are many universal problems and conflicts in the sense of responsibility of teachers. The times call for college teachers to stand in the country and the nation in the future to promote the sense of responsibility, strengthen the sense of responsibility, and cultivate the sense of responsibility.
