【摘要】：本課題是對上海師范大學科學教育專業(yè)普通生物學課程系統(tǒng)化建設(shè)的理論與實踐研究，旨在建設(shè)一門以提高本科生生命科學素養(yǎng)為目標，體現(xiàn)上海師范大學師范特色、符合學生需求的普通生物學課程。綜觀國內(nèi)生命科學導論類課程的建設(shè)情況，缺乏對于課程建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)性研究，所開設(shè)的課程也往往存在著沒有明確的目標體系，課程內(nèi)容選擇缺少依據(jù)等現(xiàn)象。能體現(xiàn)師范大學科學教育專業(yè)特色的普通生物學課程方案更是鮮見。 在此背景下，，該課題以上海師范大學現(xiàn)有的普通生物學課程為基礎(chǔ)，本文擬從普通生物學課程建設(shè)的整體角度出發(fā)，以推動新一輪的教育教學改革為指導思想，以全面培養(yǎng)學生的科學素質(zhì)為根本目的，側(cè)重從理論層面研究高等院校的科學教育專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課普通生物學的課程建設(shè)，在對上海師范大學普通生物學課程建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查以及分析的基礎(chǔ)上，為上海師范大學普通生物學課程建設(shè)成為本校乃至全國特色專業(yè)課程的戰(zhàn)略選擇進行了探討。 本文在研究方法上，首先采用文獻綜述法對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)本研究的生物課程建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀等理論以及與課程建設(shè)相關(guān)的基本課程理論與概念、本課程建設(shè)對科學教育專業(yè)發(fā)展的意義和地位、課程建設(shè)理論的基本問題及發(fā)展趨勢及后現(xiàn)代課程觀等相關(guān)文獻進行整理加工，為本研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)與政策依據(jù)；其次采用訪談法和自編問卷網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法，詳細了解本校普通生物學課程及其他高校本課程目前的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀，將普通生物學課程的開設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、網(wǎng)站資源建設(shè)和課程建設(shè)與改革相關(guān)問題進行相關(guān)調(diào)查分析與研究，總結(jié)目前課程建設(shè)中的問題以更好地促進普通生物學課程的實施、推進；再次采用歸納總結(jié)法、綜合比較法對課程建設(shè)進行實踐與探索，詳細分析了課程的教學內(nèi)容、教學方法、立體化教材的實施改革以及課程評價方法的改革，最后采用案例分析法與總結(jié)歸納法，以搜集到的有關(guān)高等院校普通生物學課程建設(shè)的典型案例為基礎(chǔ)，探索其特點、特色，對課程教學網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源庫進行創(chuàng)新建設(shè)，包括網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容的設(shè)計、內(nèi)容更新完善及交互系統(tǒng)的建立與完善等。 基于實際的調(diào)查結(jié)果與分析，綜合普通生物學課程建設(shè)的理論分析，對本課程建設(shè)提出如下戰(zhàn)略選擇建議：改進教師的教學理念，增強教師的課程意識；加強師生交往，建設(shè)實踐性教學環(huán)境，充分發(fā)揮學生的主體地位；修訂教學大綱，論證教材，保證重點；重視教學研究，加強系列課程建設(shè)；建立普通生物學詞典，變式課堂問題，提高教學效率等等。力爭以先進的教育理念引領(lǐng)課程建設(shè)，將形式與內(nèi)涵有機結(jié)合，積極探索教學方法和評價方法的改革，實現(xiàn)課程資源共享。課程建設(shè)的過程中體現(xiàn)著理論與實踐交替互動、協(xié)同促進的過程。筆者希望該研究成為上海師范大學普通生物學科學教育專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程系統(tǒng)化建設(shè)的第一步，為課程的不斷完善打下良好的開端。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to study the theory and practice of the systematic construction of the general biology course of the science and education specialty of Shanghai Normal University, aiming at building a common biological course with the aim of improving the quality of life science of the undergraduates, reflecting the normal characteristics of Shanghai Normal University and meeting the needs of the students. The paper analyses and studies the problems in the current course construction to better promote the implementation and promotion of the general biology course, and then adopts the induction summary method and the comprehensive comparison method to practice and explore the course construction, and analyzes the contents of the course in detail. The reform of the teaching method, the implementation of the three-dimensional teaching material and the reform of the course evaluation method, the case analysis method and the summary induction method are used to collect the typical cases on the construction of the general biology course of the higher education institutions, and to explore it. The characteristics and characteristics of the course teaching network resource pool are constructed, including the design of the content of the website, the improvement of the content and the construction of the interactive system.
