高校資困助學工作范式轉(zhuǎn)換探析

【摘要】:隨著我國改革的不斷深入和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會轉(zhuǎn)型、高等教育自身改革和學生群體的不斷變化,高校資困助學必須創(chuàng)新工作理念,積極推行"發(fā)展型資助",實行由單一資助向多元資助、由無償資助向相對有償使用、由解決生活保障向促進學生全面發(fā)展的范式轉(zhuǎn)換,真正實現(xiàn)其"幫困扶志、助學立人"的價值旨歸。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of our country's reform and economic development, social transformation, the reform of higher education itself and the continuous changes of student groups, colleges and universities must innovate their working concepts and actively promote "developmental funding". From single aid to multiple aid, from free support to relatively paid use, from solving life security to promoting students' all-round development, the value of helping students to help students achieve the goal of "helping students to help students achieve the goal".
