【摘要】：本文以西安體育學(xué)院2010、2011兩屆體育教育專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)生為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)兩屆體育教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生和用人單位進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,得出其就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及社會(huì)對(duì)體育教育專業(yè)人才需求情況,分析影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的主要因素并找出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,希望為我院體育教育專業(yè)后續(xù)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)提供一定參考依據(jù),使我院畢業(yè)生能更好地適應(yīng)當(dāng)前的就業(yè)環(huán)境,提高就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,最終提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以及邏輯分析法的綜合運(yùn)用,經(jīng)過(guò)分析和研究,針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀,提出相關(guān)對(duì)策并得出結(jié)論和建議。 本研究得出的主要結(jié)論有：1.西體畢業(yè)生一次就業(yè)率較高,但就業(yè)滿意度較低,主要體現(xiàn)在畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)期望與實(shí)際就業(yè)情況矛盾較大；2.西體畢業(yè)生自身的職業(yè)生涯目標(biāo)明確性不強(qiáng)、對(duì)未來(lái)職業(yè)缺乏規(guī)劃、對(duì)就業(yè)形勢(shì)缺乏正確的認(rèn)識(shí)、較為功利的擇業(yè)觀,成為影響擇業(yè)觀念的因素；3.實(shí)踐能力不強(qiáng)、表達(dá)能力較差、知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備單一是制約西體畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè)的重要影響因素；4.用人單位的用人傾向和性別觀念也是影響西體畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的一個(gè)客觀因素；5.社會(huì)需求對(duì)畢業(yè)生質(zhì)量的要求提高,主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)畢業(yè)生綜合素質(zhì)的要求提高；6.我院的就業(yè)服務(wù)體系不夠完善,就業(yè)指導(dǎo)部門沒(méi)有充分發(fā)揮其教育性；7.學(xué)校體育教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案與社會(huì)需求適應(yīng)度存在欠缺,具有一定的滯后性；8.社會(huì)現(xiàn)階段的就業(yè)體制和就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的不完善是影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的重要客觀因素。 本人根據(jù)研究,對(duì)我院本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作提出以下建議：1.我院的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作應(yīng)貫穿于學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)階段的始終,通過(guò)教育指導(dǎo),使學(xué)生建立正確的價(jià)值觀、擇業(yè)觀,提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量；2.我院應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)在校生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的教育和指導(dǎo)工作,使他們走向社會(huì)時(shí)建立合理的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃；3.根據(jù)用人單位普遍重視實(shí)踐能力的現(xiàn)狀,我院應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步改善課程結(jié)構(gòu),提高實(shí)踐、實(shí)習(xí)相關(guān)課程的比重,切實(shí)提高學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力；4.政府應(yīng)加大推行鼓勵(lì)政策,同時(shí)加大宣傳,消除用人單位的性別歧視觀念;5.我院應(yīng)依據(jù)社會(huì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合地域經(jīng)濟(jì)及學(xué)院本身的特色,科學(xué)合理地制定體育教育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和課程體系；6.我院應(yīng)在現(xiàn)行就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作基礎(chǔ)上,充分發(fā)揮就業(yè)指導(dǎo)部門的職能,建立完善的就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,將工作重點(diǎn)由宣傳為主轉(zhuǎn)移到服務(wù)為主,切實(shí)做好畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)服務(wù)保障工作；7.我院應(yīng)根據(jù)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的規(guī)律和市場(chǎng)需求統(tǒng)籌安排招生計(jì)劃及擴(kuò)大招生規(guī)模；8.國(guó)家應(yīng)在推行鼓勵(lì)就業(yè)政策的同時(shí),注重對(duì)就業(yè)體制和就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的完善,為畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:This paper takes two undergraduate graduates of physical education major in 2010 and 2011 as the research object, through the investigation and research on the graduates and employing units of the two physical education majors, It is concluded that the present employment situation and the social demand for physical education professionals are analyzed, the main factors affecting the graduates' employment are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are found out. The author hopes to provide a certain reference basis for the employment of the subsequent graduates of physical education major in our college. The graduates of our college can adapt to the current employment environment, improve the competitiveness of employment, and finally improve the quality of employment. Through the comprehensive application of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and draws conclusions and suggestions in view of the present situation. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The primary employment rate of the graduates is higher, but the employment satisfaction is low, which is mainly reflected in the contradiction between the graduates' employment expectation and the actual employment situation; 2. The professional career goal of the western sports graduates is not clear, lack of planning for the future occupation, lack of correct understanding of the employment situation, more utilitarian view of career selection, become the factors that affect the concept of career choice; 3. Practice ability is not strong, expression ability is poor, knowledge reserve is an important factor that restricts the successful employment of western sports graduates; 4. The employment tendency and gender concept of the employer is also an objective factor that affects the employment of the graduates. Social demands on the quality of graduates, mainly reflected in the overall quality of graduates to improve the requirements; 6. Our hospital's employment service system is not perfect, the employment guidance department does not give full play to its educational nature; 7. School physical education professional talent training program and the social needs of the lack of adaptability, with a certain lag; 8. The imperfection of the employment system and the employment market are the important objective factors affecting the graduates' employment. According to the research, I put forward the following suggestions on the employment of undergraduate graduates in our college: 1. The employment guidance work of our college should run through the study stage of the students at all times, through the education guidance, make the students establish the correct values, choose the occupation view, improve the employment quality; 2. Our college should strengthen the education and guidance of the students' career planning so that they can set up a reasonable career plan when they go into the society. 3. According to the present situation that employers generally attach importance to practical ability, we should further improve the curriculum structure, increase the proportion of practical and practical courses, and improve the practical ability of students. 4. The government should increase the promotion policy, at the same time, increase the propaganda, eliminate the gender discrimination idea of the unit of choose and employ persons; 5. According to the current situation of social development and the characteristics of the regional economy and the college itself, our college should scientifically and reasonably formulate the training goals and curriculum system of physical education specialty; 6. On the basis of the present employment guidance work, our hospital should give full play to the functions of the employment guidance department, establish a perfect employment service system, shift the emphasis of the work from propaganda to service, and do a good job of ensuring employment service for graduates. 7. According to the law of social and economic development and market demand, our hospital should arrange the enrollment plan and expand the enrollment scale. At the same time, the government should pay attention to the perfection of the employment system and the employment market so as to protect the graduates' employment.
